I have been a client of StretchLab for a year now and my body feels so much stronger. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet and I have arthritis in my back and bursitis in my hips. My feet no longer tingle and I no longer have to wear a salon patch when I golf and rarely take ibuprofen. All the employees there are either yoga instructor's or fitness instructor's so I feel I am in good hands. Jimmie does a great job of making everyone comfortable and taken care of as well as explaining all the ins and outs of the process. I'm walked in a few months ago not sure but knowing my body was in chronic pain for years from compressed nerves in my lower back lumbar area. Due to degenerative disc disease. I loved the energy i felt. The kindness and respect and concerns for my severe illness. I was stretched by Tito, LeighAnne, Michelle, then Julian, Ruth. They all have their own style n uniqueness. It had been awhile since I had done a good stretch, massage, yoga, anything. I was a bit gun shy but forged ahead. I am so glad I did. I have a very stiff osteoarthritic body and I feel these stretch's did more for me than any chiropractor and or yoga class ever. Had a bit of a hassle with the receptionist (Karen, go figure) but the stretch and personnel were great. Tried to pay cash but not an option, so used my card. 5 minutes later they were still fumbling with the card and problems with their system. Finally just threw cash as I was in a hurry to leave. Jimmie was the manager and was great to talk to about things. Music could have been more appropriate to stretching, but wasn't a huge concern. Prices are a bit high for my liking but seeing if insurance covers some of the cost...once I get a receipt. Overall, great stretch if you can afford it.... don't bring cash! read more

I thought I'd try this place out and see if it made a difference in my joints at all. It's basically like yoga movements with really deep stretches you can't do yourself. My hips were tight and after the 50 minute session I walked out feeing lighter and pain free. I love the lower body stretches but do not like the upper body ones. I would definitely do more 25 minute sessions to focus on my lower body. Gavin was awesome. The ambience there could use a little assist and otherwise a good experience. read more

Just finished my first month at StretchLab. Last week after suffering sciatica pain from playing tennis all weekend, I explained my issue to Ruth. She was amazing and truly an expert at understanding my problem. Ruth addressed the issue immediately and my sciatica pain was gone. A week later and it hasn't returned.
