I came in to urgent care for a sharp pain in the ball of my foot when walking and running. The…read moreoffice staff were great and I was seen fairly quickly. HOWEVER, after my x-ray the doctor told me my sesamoid was naturally separated but not fractured, just inflamed. They gave me a pad for my shoe and basically said to rest for two weeks and then see how it felt. Because I wanted more clarity on my diagnosis, I looked for the visit notes in the patient portal. The visit notes were not posted to the portal for two weeks after my appointment. When they finally posted, the notes say that I DID have a fracture even though the doctor said I did not. I am very confused and frustrated about the delayed notes and inconsistent diagnosis.

I will never be fully back to what I was before. Katie was my physical therapist. She gave me the tools and motivation for me to heal from these serious debilitating injuries. She helped get me back to being able to walk unassisted, drive, and function as close as physically possible to what I was before my injuries. He has even helped me get in for an MRI to continue trying thing after thing to help my chronic and at times debilitating Migraines, Vertigo, and severe neck pain and nerve issues in my spine and shoulder. I would recommend anyone to him specifically, especially after the amount of providers who have shrugged me off and gaslighted me in this town about my pain behind real and severe!
