I loved this gym so much and was sad to leave it. Is this type of business model for gyms old school? If so - lets bring it back! Thank you 504 fitness! The loft is located upstairs (haha get it- loft) and there is only a class or two going st a time. I really love the tower/reformer class. I did a workout with me and one other student who was studying to become a Pilates teacher and we both got a frat workouts with the modifications given. I would go to this gym again and try out some of their other classes. January a warning. When you fill out the paper work it asks you if you are over 20 pounds.

Okay so I've been coming here for almost a year so I feel like I can do an honest review. I'll…read morestart with the good news first. I have real abs now for the first time! It's a great workout to build your core and the instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. Bad news is that besides the already expensive pricing their cancellation policy is insane. You have to cancel a class 12 hours in advance in order to not be charged. I take classes at 6am so there's no way I know before 6pm the prior day if something may come up that requires me to cancel. So paying over $200 a month plus all these $10/$15 dollars charges whenever you may have to miss makes the pricing outlandish to me. Then, if you decide maybe I'll just book later in case something comes up there's always a waitlist. A lose/lose. Overall, a really great core workout though but just be weary on if you need to miss a class

I love that they are a tight-knit community that still manages to be so incredibly warm and welcoming towards new folks (like myself). They even do a monthly free workout called their "Friends and Family Day." I've been going to a gym for about a year and a half now 5x a week but was looking for something different that could challenge me and make me sweat. Vitality has been exactly that thing! They have 30 minute and hour workouts depending on what your preference is (30 mins is HIIT and 1 hr is more about strength and conditioning). All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and are awesome at pushing you and motivating you. I also like that they work with you on perfecting your form while doing exercises and movements so you prevent injury/maximize your effectiveness. I don't have great knees and when I let the trainers know that, they did a great job at modifying some of the exercises so I could still get a great workout in while remaining safe. They gym is super clean and they have tons of equipment that is in good condition. I also love how LGBTQ friendly the gym is which is a huge deal to me. This truly is a gym that is inclusive and for everyone!

When my company told me "join the fitness club" and planet fitness was like the 1st (3) options when I looked at the map at work.
