I had a gift card and decided to make an appointment at this location because I definitely really needed a good quality stretch session. I was assigned Logan, who was personable and professional the whole entire time. He took his time to explain the process and checked in with me the whole time. At first I was worried that it was all out in the open but then no one is even looking so there is nothing to be embarrassed about. I did end up purchasing a 3 session package. I have been coming to StretchLab Anaheim Hills since May of 2022 and it has changed my life! I originally came to work on my flexibility and mobility due to walking/standing on my feet for 12 hour work shifts and since stretching I move better! I have been working with Jess for majority of my time here and she is always professional and constructs our stretches to how I'm feeling that day along with my long term goals. I would suggest 1:1 assisted stretching to anyone to help with little aches and pains to working on overall body movements. Everyone here is amazing and knows what they're doing. I have a groin injury and I've been trying to get it remedied before I go on a bike tomorrow on Sunday. I got a confirmation email and was scheduled for 12:30 PM this Saturday 03/25/2023. I tried to get an appointment at 10, 1030, 11, 12 anything but the only one they had was the 12:30. Now this is in the middle of the day on my weekend I'm a very busy person and a businessman I've got a lot going on in my life and so this really was difficult to do I have family in town I can keep on going but the point is I made the appointment because I really needed the therapy today. I arrived 5 minutes early as told when I got there, I said Hi I was having some trouble parking, but I am here right on time. The receptionist said what is your name I told her and she said with a smug face and condescending attitude "you had an appointment at 12 PM" I said that's strange, why didn't you even call me? with a Giggle she said "Sir you should know what time your appointment is we already sent it to you" She proceeded to tell me your therapist has left and there is no refund. My therapist Left, I said. I am confused even if my appointment was at 12 it lasts 50 minutes why would he be gone? My appointment technically ends at 1:20PM it is 12:30 PM. With another snarky smirky comment "we reminded you" I calmly went to my email and showed them that the appointment and confirmation email time was for 12:30 PM. The receptionist said oh well then, I'll get your therapist he's over at Target right now. I said that is fine however I need to get this done today since I have a 22 mile bike ride tomorrow that was the whole point of scheduling it for today Saturday. No problem he'll be back shortly would you like me to give you a free one for later for the inconvenience? OK well that doesn't do me a lot of good right now I planned my whole day around this but that's a nice gesture sure. OK when would you like it? Well, I haven't even done one yet, I have no idea when I'm supposed to do it before or after time in between maybe I can speak with my therapist and find out when they think I should have this done on a regular basis. She then says I'm sorry to disappoint you but you're not going to get your scheduled appointment today. I said why can't you see me today you already told me you were going to get my appointment today? She says, "oh it won't be long enough time" Then why did you even tell me? Well, we don't want to disappoint you anymore. (Lip service) I told you I needed this for Sunday Workout. Sorry but I'll have my manager reach out to you. What good does that do I said. Technically if you didn't let my therapist's leave, we would have had ample time to fit me in but now that the therapist didn't make it back until 1:00 o'clock there was an issue. This is Extremely frustrating!!!! I'm still not stretched I've never got to experience the service and they're so relaxed about wasting people's time in the middle of the day on the weekend. We own a business and understand things happen, but you've got other people there and there's like one client in the whole place and 5 employees. Come on. I am a pretty understanding person but don't blame me then Tell me that you're going to still take care of me and then tell me you're not going to take care of me. Waste of my time. Christian is amazing. The location is great, they're friendly. They just have unethical business practices. If you sign up for a certain number of services and you don't renew they will not allow you to finish them if you don't renew. I paid for 3 months in advance, they will charge you a month's service after you cancel. Their business practices are unethical. I have experienced this and I have spoken with a few people who have had the same experience. If you sign up just make sure you cancel as soon as you sign. read more

I have been going to the StretchLab in Anaheim for approximately 10 months or so and started out with Miles and Carina. Due to a change in work schedules I now see Jessica or Marissa, but have seen Eddie also. They're all fantastic and knowledgeable in what they do. I workout at least 4 times a week, mainly trail running and Spartan workouts, so getting a good stretch has been key to improving my flexibility, something I wouldn't be able to do unassisted. I highly recommend this location and any of the flexologists here as they listen to your needs and what you are looking to achieve from the sessions. Personally, I would recommend the 50min session over the 25mins to get a full stretch, but it depends on your schedule. Great team, keep up the good work! read more

For the last several months, I've seen Kaisiana, though I've had the chance to work with others, too. I cannot recommend her enough and will give her a special shout out for her willingness to lean in, figuratively and literally, to address the knots I routinely have in my shoulders - above and beyond the focus on general flexibility. Highly recommend going to this stretch lab! I took my 13 yo son who is very active in sports because he was having issues with his knee. When we got there they did the body scan and were able to pinpoint some issues. Chris was amazing with my son - we went several times and he was feeling so much better! I'm a life long horsewoman and ergo I use my muscles for gripping and moving the horse by seat and leg. So those muscles have 55 years of development. The muscles that aren't worked are under developed. I'm also coming back from an overuse FitBit competing self injury, Piraformis, IT band etc. I've seen PT, OT , Chiropracter, Osteopath etc etc... it's been 3 years to get to this place and still I NEED more flexibility. I learned about this place from a cousin and am DELIGHTED with this business. I came in about 3 weeks ago for a 15 minute mini trial and decided from the way they worked safely w the Covid restraints they are serious and I signed up for the minimum of 3 months of 50 minute stretching. They were just able to open for appointments October 1. Email and phone reminders the day prior were welcome. I bought a pair of their gripping socks (worth it) and was worked on by Alexis. She heard my issues and then formed a plan. Warmed up and tested to see my limitations and then worked very hard. I am so impressed by the releases of tension and far greater flexibility from this session. I KNOW that this was the correct decision for me to maintain and improve my mobility as I age. If Queen Elizabeth is still riding at 94 I know I can too as long as I wisely maintain my body. This is an INVESTMENT in my health that I needed. read more

I saw the promotion for StretchLab and thought what a great thing to have someone stretch me out for an hour. I tried the introductory offer of a free stretch was hooked and signed up right away. This is way more than just laying there and having someone stretch you out. All the 'stretchologists' have at least a degree in kinesiology, most have more and they are all trained further in their craft by the company. I have no fear of being injured by anyone because they don't know what they are doing. I began as a good thing to do once a week - then my sciatica began to act up as it does on occasion. No worries here. I upped my stretches to twice a week where my 'stretchologist' concentrated on that area and gave me homework that I could do. The sciatica that usually takes a couple months to subside was pretty much in control within a couple of weeks. All staff are warm and friendly and remember you and your name after your first visit. Everything is clean and sanitized, lots of space between clients and everyone is always masked up. In this COVID world this is a refreshing respite. read more
