They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

This isn't always the case at other gyms. 2. Good selection of machines and free weights. 3. Everything is super clean. There was even an employee dusting the (clean) machines. 4. The locker rooms are really nice. The showers looked super clean. 5. It's not overly busy, so you can do 2-exercise supersets (e.g. push/pull) without upsetting anyone by using two pieces of equipment. 6. One of the employees (maybe the owner?) was consistently out on the workout floor and seemed really friendly and helpful with everyone. No major cons that I could see. Some of the free weights had numbering that was a bit worn, but an employee saw me notice that and said he was going to re-paint the numbers soon. The most comparable gym to FIT would be The Institute in Longview (about 3/4 of an hour away), so this is a great option for Tyler.

I have been stuck in an endless circle from hell trying to unsubscribe from the hundreds of useless emails and text messages they send out. I have gone through the pain staking process of clicking through the dozens of useless information notifications only to keep receiving them. I have emailed the manager and every other email I could find with zero responses from anyone. I would not go back to this place if it were free.

The men's locker room showers have consistently lacked soap, and at least one dispenser remains nonfunctional. I have brought this issue to the attention of the club manager and staff multiple times during the first three weeks of May 2026; however, no corrective action has been taken to date. Maintaining proper hygiene standards, including the availability of soap in shower areas, is a fundamental expectation for any fitness facility. The absence of soap increases the risk of transmitting infectious agents such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi, and may contribute to the growth of mold and other contaminants. This presents a preventable public health concern for members. I respectfully request that management address this matter promptly and ensure that soap is consistently available in the men's locker room showers moving forward.
