I am considering going OTF because I did enjoy the class and the amount of calories burnt. There's various Times to choose from for whichever time schedule you preferred. I worked out with Renee and it was a great time. PLUS the other classmates were SUPER encouraging and that made me think of this is the community I want to be in. I spoke with Jeremy who listened to what I wanted to achieve. He gave me a detailed plan of action and over the past month, he provided training on the machines. Pedro is knowledgeable about his profession. He knows nutrition, muscles, fitness, and people. He gives me exercises that make me work hard, but is always careful of my present level of fitness and that I don't get injured. Next, his program. He has converted his home garage into a well stocked gym. There are two large fans that keep the place comfortable even on hot Florida summer days. The place is immaculately clean. He answers any questions I have with knowledge and patience. So far, I couldn't be more pleased and I hope this review reflects that.

They beg us to go work out on the days that daycare is available just so that they can spend time with her. It helps keep us motivated and gives us peace of mind knowing they are in her care and safe. We love that the gym offers multiple classes and has a little bit for everyone. Found this place and it felt very "mom and pop" to me which is comforting since I haven't stepped foot in a gym in at least a decade and a half (not counting CrossFit). Yes the equipment is a little older and the facilities could use some "deeper" maintenance here and there. But this place is also almost 10 years old and has a very steady stream of people. If you're picky and want chrome workout equipment than this is not the place for you. If you don't mind some wear but friendly faces and encouragement this is the place for you.
