I was charged a different price than the price on my contract. Maybe Alexia isn't conversant in modern day law where contracts are king and how she and they can be sued for damages. It was a useless call. Honestly, do not waste your time at Planet Fitness. Go to one of the other local gyms in the area, including Iron Village, which is owned by locals or the Too Your Health Place. Boycott Planet Fitness. Furthermore, they are listed on the SEC and sell and securitize your contracts in case you didn't know about that. All I wanted was a refund of the mis-billing amounting to something like $111.00. It is my hope my review deters future business and other members will claim the security interest proceeds from their contracts which were securitized by the company.

Found this place and it felt very "mom and pop" to me which is comforting since I haven't stepped foot in a gym in at least a decade and a half (not counting CrossFit).
