Strange as they do not advertise that and instead try to lure customers in with this or that special promotion. I experienced a literal billing error from them each and every month. I was charged a different price than the price on my contract. Maybe Alexia isn't conversant in modern day law where contracts are king and how she and they can be sued for damages. It was a useless call. Honestly, do not waste your time at Planet Fitness. Go to one of the other local gyms in the area, including Iron Village, which is owned by locals or the Too Your Health Place. Boycott Planet Fitness. Furthermore, they are listed on the SEC and sell and securitize your contracts in case you didn't know about that. All I wanted was a refund of the mis-billing amounting to something like $111.00. It is my hope my review deters future business and other members will claim the security interest proceeds from their contracts which were securitized by the company.

Pedro is knowledgeable about his profession. He knows nutrition, muscles, fitness, and people. He gives me exercises that make me work hard, but is always careful of my present level of fitness and that I don't get injured. Next, his program. He has converted his home garage into a well stocked gym. There are two large fans that keep the place comfortable even on hot Florida summer days. The place is immaculately clean. He answers any questions I have with knowledge and patience. So far, I couldn't be more pleased and I hope this review reflects that.

Found this place and it felt very "mom and pop" to me which is comforting since I haven't stepped foot in a gym in at least a decade and a half (not counting CrossFit). Yes the equipment is a little older and the facilities could use some "deeper" maintenance here and there. But this place is also almost 10 years old and has a very steady stream of people. If you're picky and want chrome workout equipment than this is not the place for you. If you don't mind some wear but friendly faces and encouragement this is the place for you.
