Logan Landen is manager of Stoepel's quick lane -- oil change department. Every time I get my car serviced everyone I deal with in this department does amazing work and they are a joy to do business with! Last visit I had screws that had come out of my under engine cover because I got it stuck on a parking spot!!! . Logan asked the mechanic who did my service to replace the screw--- extra service and done with excellence. Ever thing they do is with excellence!!! They are amazing people--- we need more business up leaders in our community like them!!!

Place is empty he was in his phone as I walked in, 4 empty spots at the car work area. I said fine as I needed oil change done, asked for my keys and said to wait. No hello welcome, have a set enough a complimentary drink. Nothing, guess since it's a small town they really could car less. It's December 23rd 7:42 am. I hope they actually do the oil change and put some sort of safety and care into the work. This will be the last time I will bring any of our vehicles here.

They picked it up and left a car in case we needed one; and brought back our truck in 2 to 3 hours. Leslie, who picked up and delivered our truck, was super nice and helpful. And to the legalist who Failed me, I hope you live to the letter of the law in every little aspect of your daily life. Make sure you don't breeze by a stop sign in the country, etc etc! Your interpretation of what was "wrong" with my vehicle was 100% BS, but you wouldn't hear it. So much for having empathy and kindness for others. Go elsewhere for your inspections. I can't speak to the other services they offer, but their vehicle prices seem high IMO.

We worked with Julianne. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We were not pressured in anyway, No BS nonsense games played, and felt no pressure during experience what so ever. Finance manager was friendly, thorough and transparent. We were in and out fairly quickly, carfax provided, car was washed, full tank of gas and had plates out the door. My 4 year old was with us and they provided snacks, toys and kept her busy. The women's restroom was extremely clean bathroom. I explained my predicament and while he was sympathetic to my needs, he did say that his shop was quite busy. Then he said, bring it in and we'll do our best to look at it. I arrived about 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Cody greeted me and asked me to sit tight. Within 10 minutes, he was reading codes. I met with Cody and Service Technician Brian. They listened to my complaint and my thoughts and Brian said if there's an issue in the system, they'll find it and we'll go from there. After relaxing in the customer waiting area of the showroom, Brian came by to tell me it was fixed! I took my Toyota Highlander in for a brake check and a checkup for a trip to Colorado. The brakes were fine, the grinding noise I heard was the ABS kicking in, and the car is good to go. Replaced it with NAPA parts which has a 2 year nation wide warranty. Superior uses O'Rielly Auto Parts by default. Superior would have fixed it if I was in town, but that doesn't help travelers. When called about it Frank said he could have gotten NAPA parts for my car, but never offered it. Horrible.
