Fished smallmouth bass with Kelly Neuman a few years ago and he was an OK guide. More recently ordered some flies from his website. My credit card was charged immediately. After more than a month of no merchandise arriving I emailed Kelly (no response), left a message on his phone (no response), and finally got a reply via text message. "I'm sorry in delay. Order will get shipped out tomorrow." Fast forward 3 more weeks - still no merchandise. Attempted to contact Kelly several more times with no reply. A quick internet search on Kelly found multiple examples dating back to 2009 of others who had the same issues in dealing with Kelly. Ultimately filed a credit card fraud complaint against Kelly and Streamside Custom Rod and Guide Service. read more
