5 stars, and I wish I could give more!…read more My wife and I stopped by Flagler Pharmacy yesterday because I had some specific questions about my prescription needs. We figured it would be a quick conversation. Instead, we ended up sitting down with Pat Patel for about an hour, and he never once made us feel rushed. He listened carefully, asked good questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of patience and personal attention is something I honestly did not expect from a pharmacy anymore. After our visit, I looked into Pat's background, and it explains a lot. He was named Pharmacist of the Year by Eckerd Drugs in 2003 and received the Regional Paragon Award from CVS Caremark in 2020, which recognizes the best of the best pharmacists in the nation. Now he owns his own independent pharmacy right here in Flagler Beach, and you can tell he takes real pride in it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The shop is located at 200 Moody Blvd, and you get the kind of service where you are treated like a neighbor instead of a number in line. My wife and I have officially found our new pharmacy home. If you are in Flagler Beach and want a pharmacist who truly listens, go see Pat. You will not be disappointed!

We ended up deciding to have the wheelchair delivered to the hotel instead of picking it up ourselves. It arrived on time prior to the visit. It turned out that we had an issue with the wheelchair. Once I contacted Volusia Medical, Amin was very helpful and anxious to resolve our issue, offering to come to the hotel and pick it up. My husband and another brother took the chair back to the store and were able to exchange the wheelchair for one that was perfect for our needs. A couple of the Yelp reviews almost scared me away from using this company which has maintained a great reputation in this area for many years. I'm glad I ignored those reviews. We had a very positive experience with Volusia Medical Supply and would definitely use them again if the need arose. I should add that the rental price was very reasonable and without us requesting it, Amin even gave us a discount for our rental due to our issue.
