I feel very secure going in there which is saying a lot for a vape store, the other people that shop there are also very respectful of the social distancing in my opinion. Good prices. Good selection. He also takes down liquids that get bought out by big tobacco (BOO) which is awesome. Support local business and go to this great shop. I sent the owner an email (which I was told was the best way to get ahold of him) on 8/21/18 and he has not responded, I call and he's not there. I'm not asking for my money back, I don't want a different model, I just want the same exact unit that I purchased....in working order. First rule in customer service....listen to your customers....they are the reason you have a business. Very poor PR.
