It definitely feels like a high-end experience when you enter. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and offer you drinks while you wait. Both of my appointments have been with Crystal, a nurse practitioner who specializes in injectables. During my first appointment with her, she gave me a bit of a consult and while I have had botox before, she was able to offer helpful opinions. While doing the injections, she makes the experience feel as safe and painless as possible. After my first visit she recommended a follow-up 2 weeks later to make sure everything was looking the way it should. Lucere is definitely more expensive than other clinics I have been to but you definitely get what you pay for.

Nurse Tracey is gentle, patient (I'm incredibly jumpy and a wuss with needles) who has wonderful bedside manner, an marvelous eye for beauty, and ultimately knows how to wave a magic wand to make you look and feel your best (which is all you can ask for in your injector)! High quality staff, and an amazing experience overall. Thank you Nurse Tracey and Lucere. I'll be back soon!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Maninder Longowal at Rejuvenation. After returning from a…read moretrip, my son developed a sudden skin reaction, and Dr. Longowal provided prompt, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. He identified the problem right away, explained the treatment clearly, and made the whole process easy and reassuring. My son improved quickly thanks to him. Outstanding doctor and highly recommended he and his team.

As a doctor told me many years ago, "You find information on the internet and knowledge from a…read moredoctor." I have never encountered a better clinic than Rejuvenation Dermatology. The front staff knows my name after two visits, and are perennially friendly and smiling - also extremely efficient. The nurses are obviously well informed and well educated, also very polite and respectful. I have seen Dr. Maninder twice now for a rate skin disorder. He had to be a medical detective to diagnose it right away, and treated pre cancerous lesions on my face right away (which I hadn't known about), examined me from toe to head for evidence of a former melanoma having reappeared (it hasn't), and his nurse injected the nodules on my back and face with a steroid, which completely cleared them up. I was prescribed three ointments for my face, scalp, and back/shoulders and advised to return in three months. I called his nurse four weeks later because my face had in the meantime broken out with a rash and itching. The nurse made an appointment and Dr. Maninder saw me and listened to me. I had a choice of oral medication or light therapy and I chose light therapy. The clinic is so well equipped! I've had my second light therapy session today with Pia from the front office. She is also very well trained and very pleasant. I know that dermatology clinics now offer a lot of cosmetic treatments such as Botox and so on, which I'm not familiar with. But I went there with a medical condition. My family doctor referred me. Rejuvenation Dermatology has clinics on the south side of Edmonton, in Calgary, and several other cities around Alberta and maybe Canada. Note I was 80 years old last October and quite opinionated! The doctor and staff listened to me and I am a happy patient. I know that the treatment will be successful - it may very well take another 4 months or longer but good health can't be rushed. In my possession are prescriptions for 3 ointments and more that have repeats, which will be fine until September when I see Dr. Maninder again to report progress. The light therapy is easy and fast, and also one of the latest treatments for urticaria nodularis and other recalcitrant skin disorders. The clinic I attend is the downtown Rejuvenation Dermatology clinic on Jasper Avenue and 107 Street, in a high rise office building. Easy to get to and there's a Timmy's on the main floor for an after appointment coffee!

Dr. Searles is a good doctor, and the nurses are knowledgeable and friendly. This rating is for the…read morereceptionists. Hands down the worst. Here is all they do not do compared to other medical offices. They don't do reminder calls. They don't send email reminders. They do not give priority to medical patients over cosmetic patients. If they can't get you in during "medical times" then you stand behind someone wanting botox. This should not be allowed. And do not let them call you back. You will never hear from them. When they couldn't find a time to treat my medical condition that allowed me to arrange transportation, they asked if I wanted to call back? Why would I call back? Won't it be the same problem tomorrow? This office is busy, too busy - and poor reception staff does not help this. And of course, they are rude, but that goes without saying.

He saw me a couple times after my initial visit to see how I was doing and how the scar was healing. I've been to a few dermatologists in the city and Dr. Keeling is, by far, the best. I can't stress how comfortable he made me and how kind he was. He always has a big smile on his face and it is very evident that he loves what he does and he loves helping people. I don't have a single negative comment about Keystone. If you are looking for a great dermatologist in Edmonton - Dr. Keeling is your man!

I had been a client for 2 years so without issue.....until now. In November 2025, after my last…read moretreatment, I cancelled my monthly plan, in person, with the receptionist, due to moving to another city and I couldn't commit to follow ups etc. I was told my plan was now cancelled and it was all taken care of. WELL, fast forward, I discovered this week, payments were being deducted from my credit card still. (Card that I don't use often so I didn't notice and my receipts were sent to my junk folder) I then wrote to Lucere explaining the payments and asked for a reimbursement of the incorrectly taken funds. Finally after 4 emails and 2 voicemails, I received a response and was told that my in person cancellation didn't count and because I didn't write an email I'm still liable for payments. WHY WOULD I SEND AN EMAIL WHEN IT WAS CANCELLED IN PERSON, and WHERE I WAS TOLD IT WAS ALL TAKEN CARE OF!!!!! Especially when I was told there wasn't anything further I needed to do after confirming with the receptionist. This is utter BS and I feel after my loyalty this is a huge slap in the face and that my money has been stolen. I am being told that I have store credit.... that I literally can not use or even want as I have no reason to ever come to Edmonton anymore. Because of this, I DO NOT recommend this place who apparently only cares about your money. SHAME ON YOU. DO BETTER LUCERE.

Dr. T is still the best dermatologist, but his staff on the medical side are terrible. I had previously gotten my Botox for migraines Rx from here and after my injection nurse moved to another place, who I trust with this delicate procedure, I stayed with her. I got an injection in February and need it every 11 weeks to stay functional without debilitating migraines. I knew my Rx needed renewal and so for 11 weeks, I left voicemails, texts, and finally got one call back more than a month after initially trying. The nurse said, yep, not a problem, have shoppers fax over the request. I did this TWICE. Left more messages and nothing. Finally I called the cosmetic side and they went over and got the explanation of why it had not been filled. Since I was not getting injected there, they would not fill it. OK FINE, BUT DON'T TELL ME YEAH NO PROBLEM AND THEN IGNORE ME SO I HAVE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR LAST MINUTE. I was 3 weeks behind my treatment and can't work because I am in so much pain. Nice to know I am treated as a dollar sign and not cared for as a patient. Take your money somewhere else, this staff doesn't give a hoot about your well being - you are merely a cash grab. Still never got a call back after leaving countless messages.

Dr. Zaki Taher and his team (team lead nurse, nurses, reception, estiticians) are: professional,…read moreethical, enthusiastic, caring, knowledgable in the dermatology field/profession, and persistent in their treatment plans. Additionally, they appear passionate in educating their team and patients about skin care regime, treatment approaches, medical skin concerns, and medication. They would only suggest or approve of treatments involving medication, laser, fillers, and such only if it is necessary for that patient. I was never pressured or "sold" on something. I also appreciate their updates on Facebook in regards to team spirit, products, and treatment results. I am grateful of having to be introduced to Dr. Taher and Kailey (Medical laser technician) by his colleage since when he was practicing as a provisional dermatologist several years back. Dr. Taher has such great bed side manner and patience with injection, electrodissectation, and biopsy. I am also suprised that he did no choose a career in pediatrics with his gentle mannerisms, enthusiasm, and great interpersonal skills. Treatments I have received and were found effective for myself were, but not limited to: Isolaz (moderate to severe acne), clear and brilliant (skin texture, hyperkeratosis, some lines), glycolic/afa peels, pulse dye laser for stretch marks on shoulders, and products. I have also seen Mckaela for peels, waxing, and isolaz. The zo Skin health line particularily the radical night repair 1% retinol and c 10% bright serum has I believe saved my skin from cystic acne and significantly prevented/reduced scarring in addition to isolaz. I believe proper skin care is an investment in which my skin has thanked me later. My additional favorite products are but not limited to: Zo daily defense lotion, zo renewal creme, eye hydra firm, zo 10% sulfur mask, vivier medicated cleanser, revision antiaging matte moisturizer, anacapse pill for hair loss, and UNIVERSE SKIN CARE. As I see it as challenging to find an antiaging night serum that is light in texture not causing breaking or further mila, UNIVERSE SKIN CARE is such an investment. I like that the serum is tailored to my skin needs that is combination of retinol, aloe vera, and zinc sulphate. I am also currently trying out the 14% glycolic with b (3 or 5) to prevent peeling as a take home weekly peel. As I see on reviews, images, and posts on fb, Dr Taher and his nurses seem quite skilled with lasers and injections; like their motto "Look good. Not done.". In the future when I am ready to invest in other treatment approaches, I will be visiting Dr. Taher and his nurses. Thank you.
