She is amazing at explaining things and also educating me on my health screenings and the importance of each, in order to keep me healthy! She does also incorporate the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and is not one of those doctors that is quick to prescribe something and then send you on your way. She suggests holistic ways to promote healing as well. She is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate her care. I took one star off because I often had to wait for several hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen. But this is because she really takes her time with each patient she sees, and I feel this is a good thing. She is worth the wait!! I unfortunately had to find a different primary care physician because I moved to Broward county and it's too far to come see Dr. Iribarren. However, I still highly recommend her to any friends or family who live in West Miami area. Dr. Iribarren, thank you for all your awesome care!!! You have made a positive difference in my life and I admire you as a clinician.

The level of attention and service I have received to date from the staff at Dr Palmers office has…read moreme relaxed and feeling at ease with the process. My Primary Care Physician sent them my referral to schedule the procedure, the day after receiving the referral they called me to schedule an appointment to discuss the procedure in more detail. Two days prior to my appointment a nurse called me to ask me questions so we could complete my medical history questionnaire. They also went over all my demographics and they sent me an email so I could set up an account on their office portal. I arrived at the office and once I had signed in they immediately took me to the back for my consultation. Upon exiting the consultation with the ARNP, I went to the check out counter were I scheduled my procedure date. I received information as to the location that the procedure would take place, the time I should arrive and what information I needed to know regarding prepping for the procedure. About 10 minutes after leaving the office I got a call from the office pharmacy verifying my address and letting me know they would be sending me out my prescription to my home. No need for me to go to a pharmacy drop off a prescription and pick up meds. The office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was easy and quick, the flow in which everything was done in my opinion works. Working in the Healthcare system I can tell you that things are not always as seamless as this process was. They definitely respect their patients time and the treatment you receive helps you feel less stressed.

The doctor never calls directly--messages are relayed through staff, like a game of telephone. Emails get phone calls back with staff reading a note from the doctor, and any follow-up means more calls. Nothing is in writing, there's no patient portal, and it's on you to keep track of everything. After my procedure, while I was still medicated, the doctor told my husband they found signs of infection and pushed him to get tested at her office for $400, insisting other doctors "wouldn't know what to test for." My follow-up for results was set six weeks out, despite infection results usually taking 1-2 days and pathology 2-3 weeks. For the cost, I expected timely, direct communication and a patient-first approach. Instead, I felt pressured into extra charges and left without clear access to my own doctor. I do not recommend.
