This review is not for their work practices or ethics, I'm sure that's fine, this review is for their hiring practices. I was sought out by a national recruiter for a position that was going to be a government contract. After passing the first interview I was given a second by Doug C. After passing that one the salary was negotiated and I was told by Doug that an offer would be officially made, again based on the approval of the government. I fully understood that if they did not sign off on it there would be no job. I was told I should start within two months. Nothing happened and I stayed in contact and was advised the government has not signed off on it but it should be soon. I never was officially offered the position by HR as I was told I would be. After four months of attempting to find out if the job was a go, Doug would not return my calls nor would he return my emails. My point is if the contract was not a go or they decided not to hire me for whatever reason a phone call or email would have been professional not just let me wonder what was going on. For that person to not respond to my inquires after telling me I would be offered a job is unprofessional. Again I am sure they are a solid company that takes care of their clients, but for hiring practices, they need some work. read more
