Well, after all was said and the money changed hands, John Bastidas wasn't able to get me any results at all. I think he means well, and he's a nice guy, but he's just not effective like he said he was. He's personable, so by all means invite him to your party, but he a bit of a knuckle head when it comes to getting actual results. He did his personal best though. He's just not very capable as a PI. He doesn't know how to use the technology he has access to and he has a tendency to float off into his own little world and forget about work. It's cute as heck, but a little frustrating when you're paying as much as he charges. Maybe once he figures out what he's doing, give him a chance, but I wish I had saved my $200. Hate to say it because I really like the guy, but his services were not at all worth it. He did nothing but give me dated information and then gather my money. Well, he did give me a screen shot (later deleted) of a search saying "zero results." Then he asked for more money (perhaps for another screen shot saying "zero results"). I decided to proceed with someone who actually works a case. He's a snake oil salesman, so don't feel too bad if you wasted your money like the rest of us. read more

Terrible service. Since the first call John was rude. I paid and he said they would be doing surveillance for 8 continuos hours but they only drove by a few times missing the evidence I needed. They're not professionals, they're not competent and do not have the equipment needed to conduct a surveillance. Find another place because this people can't get the job done. read more
