BEYOND amazing service! Not only from my artist, but the receptionist! They were so kind and welcoming! Emma hit the ball out of the park with my fairy tattoo. I gave her a general idea and color scheme, and she exceeded my expectations of what it could have been! A truly custom piece of art! She was so patient with me needing a few breaks, and was thrilled to see I brought my own snacks to keep me going! (Always bring yourself at least 2 snacks and a beverage! You'll thank me later.) Could not have been more pleased with the business as a whole! Very clean and orderly, beautiful waiting area showcasing at the front their array of jewelry selections. This place is a non having compassion rip joint staff member is snotty. I bought a set of ear rings friday and saturday night one of them fell out! So i figured i would go up there sunday, i googled there hours it says closed on sundays but they say different! So i waited till monday after i got out work to go and see about putting them back in? They said they already closed up! So now between piercing and ear rings i am out $200.00 so if you value your $ like i do? Stay clear of this RIP JOINT!!!!! read more

Very clean studio, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with an extremely angry and painful piercing, and the staff here was so kind and gentle replacing my hoop with a straight bar. They were quick, helped with some numbing spray, and answered all my questions around setting up an appointment for my next tattoo. Will update after the tattoo is complete. read more

The piercers here, specifically Evie Victoria, went absolutely above and beyond. I had a seizure and was in the hospital for 3 days and they had removed my piercings for an MRI. I was so worried my eyebrow and my philtrum/medusa piercings closing and Evie was able to not only get all of my jewelry back in, but she did so gently as well. Overall I had a very comfortable experience and was so glad Evie was able to save my piercings for me when my usually shop turned me down and wanted more money. Thank you Evie and Strange Daze! It's a huge comfort when a shop can help with an emergency situation like this. As someone who has a lot of piercings and spent a lot of money and time caring for them, it means a lot!!! read more

Got my nose pierced at another shop and it got super infected, even after doing every step they told me (probably because of the metal the piercing was made of). Came in and met with Breezy to get a new piercing. Had lots of options to chose from, the piercings were a reasonably priced, and sterilized it after I chose my piercing so I knew it was clean. When it came to changing the piercing she did a wonderful job of making it pain free and quick. It's a very clean and comfortable place and would recommend to anyone! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They probably have great artists, but the customer service on the phone was the WORST I have ever experienced. They completely ruined my three daughters first tattoo experience and kept their $150. Highly recommend not doing business here. If you can't even be civil and professional on the phone I can't imagine putting my girls in your care. read more

I got a piercing and it went great. Have 13 other piercings. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. A couple days later she woke up and one had popped out, the screw on bit which is tiny disappeared. I used mine on her and sent her to school. I stopped in to the shop to get this fixed and was told it would be $10. (I had my nose ring completely come out from another shop and they apologized and replaced it and were so wonderful, I was expecting this treatment from a small town shop...) I left upset. Went back a few days later when the pierced was in and got the same thing only it could be fixed for $5. All o needed was a ball for the front of the post!! Both of them had attitudes and were rather rude. I said fine to get it fixed. He told me next time I should ho back to the other shop. I will!! It's a shame. Wanted to support small business. Local to my house. And I have several more piercings and tattoos o am planning for the very near future. I guess I will go to Clio where they have good work and wonderful customer service. This place couldn't have been worse customer service! Had my kids with me when I did get.it fixed and they said wow he was so mean and not nice! My daughter wants second holes in her ears and she said she will go to Clio next time because she doesn't want to support business where they are mean...I agree. Save yourself grief, better to take your business elsewhere like I was told to do! read more
