After visiting this urgent care 100% understand why. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

They checked her vitals, and the doctor came in and listened to her lungs, looked in her ears and throat and told us she should just ride out being sick that he did not want to prescribe anything for her. She was sick for four more days afterwards then we were charged $213 for the office visit. It's been the same story the last two times we've been there as well. I would not recommend using any care now facility. It is a rip off and they never want to prescribe any medication, even if you are in need of it.

They are NOT and 'in-network' provider, meaning you will get charged for services that would be 100% covered at a different urgent care. They willingly deceive by stating they are 'tricare certified'. Bottom-line- do not come here they wantonly prey on vulnerable (injured or sick) military by being deceitful. Better believe I have learned my lesson and will check with Humana or other Tricare contractor in the future before receiving care- this place got the best of me in a vulnerable moment. They told me that they couldn't see me because they were at capacity. I look around and there is a mother and her son sitting in the waiting room. I ask how they are at capacity and the lady at the front desk tells me that they have 5 or 6 people waiting in rooms. I let the lady know that I will wait until 7 and if the doctor can see me then great but if not then fine but I'm willing to wait. She wouldn't allow me to do this. She told me that if they couldn't let people in otherwise they would be here all night. I asked her why the sign said open until 7 if they are turning away patients at 6. She told me that she isn't turning me away that I can come back tmrw. Really? No thank you and I don't ever plan on going back. You get into healthcare to help people and you understand that sometimes you may have to work a bit longer. You take all the good and bad that comes with it, not only the times that you feel like doing it. We visited the ER for my 14mo baby for dehydration and a high fever. Although I did not walk away…read moresatisfied with the service, nor respected as a person/patient/parent, I can still share a few things that I did like about this ER. Good things first - the security guard at the front desk was pleasant, attentive and helpful when we arrived. The waiting room was quiet, and we were called in very quickly. The first nurse who took our information and my daughter's vitals was efficient and kind, as was the second nurse who spoke to us in more depth about our situation was also very kind. They were both compassionate, respectful of my daughter not wanting strangers to touch or get near her if they didn't have to, and they genuinely seemed to want to help. They even got us a popsicle and juice to try and help soothe my daughter and actively work on hydrating and cooling her down. We didn't have to wait as long to be spoken to as we did in other ERs that we've visited. Now the bad parts - the doctor, I won't mention her name, was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She had the most entitled attitude from the minute she walked in, her tone and body language clearly emanated her opinions. I made it clear that we had been to another ER who sent us away without any solutions and that was why we were in her ER instead. But she made no effort to ease our minds or offer better support. In fact she continuously said their ER was not a full service ER and that any labs done would not be handled like a full service ER and at best it would take 72 hours for results. I advocated for what I wanted, which was fluids to hydrate my daughter, and their response was that my daughter wasn't dehydrated enough (AKA she had to get much sicker before it would be flagged as an issue). She was very defensive in her communication, reacting as if my questions were stupid or redundant. Instead of working with me to be proactive and not make our situation worse, they offered options we didn't agree with and that led us to forego any treatment at all from this ER. This was our choice, but I was incredibly disappointed in their ability to treat a pediatric patient, I felt they were very ill-equipped literally and figuratively. We essentially paid a large sum to sit in a room for 2 hours being rudely "spoken down" to. Obviously you go to the ER when you have no other option, not every ER visit will have the circumstances we had nor the doctor we had (if you're lucky) so take this review as you will. But I do warn anyone with a pediatric patient - prepare yourselves for a rough experience.

The had to do a cat scan, iv medicine and iv pain meds and even through everything my bill was 113 dollars which most hospitals would've been thousands for just the cat scan. I can't think of anything bad to say I recommended them to my employees and even they said it's the best er they ever been to. If you need a er screw Conway or the strands this place is the best. And the best part is I don't have insurance and still got me great care and a super great price.
