The bit of the shop that they let you in is about four square feet in total, and they do their stuff in the rest of the shop out of sight. They had a look at the key for me, took five minutes copying it, and let me have it for free as they weren't 100% certain that it would work. It did work! They were really helpful both in person and on the phone. Thoroughly recommended.
