Very suspect cleanliness. It is very common to see people walking from the Toilet to the Training Mat barefoot, or wearing Wrestling Shoes.
Tiered Membership stops members from getting better without splashing the cash in order to access the "advanced" classes - this lack of progress is displayed in the failure of members as a whole in local non-MMA competition.
SBG's Motto is "One Tribe, One Vibe" - Yet SBG Ireland would be better served with the motto "One Tribe, Multiple Payment Tiers - Terms and Conditions Apply".
As an aside - despite SBG popping up all over Ireland like McDonald's, you can't cross train between the gyms. You can pay full price membership or visiting fees to train with your "one tribe". read more
