They are very friendly, professional, extremely responsive to any issues that do arise and if we end up moving eventually, we will be looking for properties managed by Turnkey and also owned by the same owner. I cannot possibly express just how great it has been dealing with Turnkey. 100% recommended!!!

Maintenance is done by their staff in a professional and clean manner. Pros: do what they say they will. Good communicators. Know condos Cons : they were more expensive than the last group. I can't say Shawmut is much better, though. It just seems like condo associations seem to think that they have a blank check to spend your money like a bunch of drunken sailors. I think some of the blame lies with the people on the board, though, too. We think we elect the right people, but they grab the money and spend, spend, spend.

Pretty sure this is revenge for last year. They never sent me a bill and then put a lien on the house when the fees (that I was not notified I owed), were not paid. They gave me the option to protest. So I did. They declined it, so I paid the thousands in fees that accrued, despite not being made aware of them until it became thousands. Three weeks later, I got charged a "protest fee"! Without knowing there was a fee associated with it, and well after it was declined. Very shady and likely illegal practices

Maybe it's because we finally have a property manager who actually cares. Joshua manages our property, and the difference is noticeable. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request--even for something routine--he's been responsive and easy to get in touch with. What really surprised me is that he doesn't just send a contractor and disappear. More than once, he's shown up himself to make sure the work was completed correctly and that I was satisfied before closing out the request. It's rare to find a property manager who's both professional and genuinely invested in the building. He communicates well, follows through on what he says, and treats residents with respect. The building feels better maintained than it ever has, and it's obvious someone is paying attention. No management company is perfect, but after dealing with the previous ones, I can honestly say the experience has been a huge improvement. If the rest of their properties are managed the way ours is, they're doing something right.

Four Points Haverhill, MA, just agrees with the Board NO Matter Right or Wrong. They do not hear out the unit owners, they just comply and Agree with the Board. I have been a unit owner for 27 years in the same community, and have never seen the likes of this Board and Management. The management company has allowed this Board to fine without documentations, pictures of the infraction harass warrent fines. They just put fines on because the Board tells them to. They allow assessments on, and now they put an assessment of $3,400.00 to be paid in 29 days. This does not include the condo fee and all ready assignment of $49.00 per month that we have a loan out for a 10 year agreement. This is Ludacris to us unit owners that live on a budget. The money $3400.00 is because the Board over spent not following the Budget and the Management Four Points just watched and Allowed it!!! This management Co. Does not care about the Association they manage, they show NO Respect to the Association that pays their Salary. Do not hire Four Points as your management company, You Will Regret IT!!!!

We even hired him to do our snow removal this winter and I also am hiring him for my junk removal . He is by far the most reliable landscaper we have ever had. He is very consistent with his mowing , edging, snow removal , spring/fall cleanups, junk removal, even all the minor repairs I have needed him to fix for me. She shows up to our condo's annual meetings with little or no information and then just guesses when you ask her questions, which has usually been the wrong answer. She picks and chooses what emails she wants to respond to - mostly just ignores you. However, when you address her about it, she gives you an attitude + claims she doesn't do that...we have multiple ignored emails over the years to support. PMA does not know how to do proper accounting either. On more than one occasion, they've claimed we've owed them money and we've had to prove to them where they were wrong, yet they've failed to apologize. Wonder how many others they've told they owe money and they've just paid thinking they could trust our management company? We've been lied to, ignored, and they've asked for money from us that they were not owed.....I'd highly recommend staying away from PMA.
