I'm honestly a little surprised that the spaces aren't flipped; the office area is very cozy and doesn't offer much privacy. Spaced out cubes in the larger area would make sense but since it's a temporary, seasonal set-up so cubes might not make sense for moving around. After some basic questions over email with Beth, I was paired up with Katie for my appointment. Katie was super friendly, efficient, and answered any questions I had. I had made the appointment because my usually trusty tax software couldn't handle my stock info but Katie entered it in a few quick strokes. I probably should have asked what number in the multiple printouts was relevant for future reference, but I can always ask next year. $120 for peace of mind seemed like a decent trade-off. The staff seems very tight-knit and everyone had a smile on their face despite being in the crush of tax season. Staff camaraderie is always a good sign. I appreciated the advice from Katie and she found a couple things I'd missed taking advantage of last year.
