The quality was good. I wouldnt say show worthy but compared to the other welds on the radiator but it was pretty clean weld. Only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is because it wasn't a huge job but I still paid $75 for it. I took some aluminum stuff to a different shop before and they did a longer weld and charged $45-$55 every time. This job should have been around $40-$60 for the quality of weld but each shop has their own labor rate which I'm fine with. But just compared on the quality of work compared to the other shop.

We had our outdoor iron rail restored. It was covered in rust & peeling paint. José was prompt on…read morethe appointment day. During the restoration, he demonstrated that he is very thorough & paid attention to the smallest detail. It showed that he takes great pride in his work and truly loves his craft. His price quoted was also very reasonable in comparison to the 4 other quotes I received. We are very satisfied customers. I did also ask him to restore a small table with iron legs that had rusted over the years. It has a lot of sentimental value & pleased with the end result.. Unfortunately, a couple weeks after restoring the iron rail, it was damaged when we had a tree pulled next to it. I reached out to Jose and he came out asap to fix it. He basically redid the entire finishing process to make sure the rail would be smooth and even. I didn't expect him to redo it completely. I assumed it would just be touched up in the spots that needed fixing. He refused payment for the repairs even though the damage was our fault. I described the project online with photos, and he gave a simple price up front. It was to repair an old mailbox that I thought was cast iron. He quickly pointed out that it's aluminum, which is different to work with, but he would still honor the quote. They were hoping they could remove the mailbox and work on it in the shop, but it was not only bolted but actually cemented in place. That explains the broken mailboxes in our neighborhood! So, they got some supplies and did the job on site, and didn't try to squeeze me for money. It works well, looks good, and I hope they get more business from here.
