You need the interior of your home painted. You stress, who do you use? You ask for…read morerecommendations. When I asked, the answer I got over & over was Ibis Painting. Tim of Ibis came right out to my home to give me an estimate. Then he actually followed up with a professional emailed estimate. The estimate described all areas to be painted & a detail of what is to be expected. His team arrived on the day I was told. The Forman Caesar was very easy to communicate with. They covered everything in my home. This was especially important to me because part of the job was painting my ceilings. They pulled all nails and patched the holes where I had pictures and mirrors. I was told the job would probably take 3 days. (was getting my whole house painted. ) They ended up finishing in 2 days. The work was very professional. Any spots that I felt needed attention Caesar remedied right away before leaving the job. I got several estimates and although I did receive some that were lower I made my choice based on the professionalism of the estimate and the fact that Ibis was highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied & my home looks fresh & clean.

This is an update regarding work completed in April 2024. The work itself was satisfactory,…read morehowever, the communication was inadequate. I am rating this company one star because, after submitting a check for payment in April, it was not cashed, now its December. Mrs. Amy contacted me in December, initially suggesting the check had not cleared, implying like it was my fault they DIDN'T cash the check, 8 MONTHS LATER. Two hours later, she stated the payment had been processed. I immediately contacted my bank the following day due to this discrepancy. My bank confirmed an unauthorized ACH withdrawal was done DECEMBER 10TH 2024, they investigated the matter, and refunded my money. I am extremely disappointed by this company's actions and their lack of timely communication. Amy's persistent contact over a week felt like harassment. My attempts to speak with her supervisor as I requested was unsuccessful. This company demonstrates poor communication and problem-solving skills, consistently placing blame on the customer instead of taking responsibility for there faults. Hopefully the owner of this company will attempt to resolve issues that customers have, since the COO which I was told that's Amy's supervisor, WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.
