Turns out that I was more than likely talking to the owner, Travis. The info I have heard in regards to how he runs his business and treats his customers is all negative. I would suggest calling your insurance company, AAA or roadside assistance and filing complaints with them if this is how you were contacted by Storm Towing. It will take follow up on your part. Also, TDLR is their state oversight: http://www.tdlr.texas.gov When I posted my first review, there was no information from the company on Yelp. Absurdly belligerent and unprofessional. Like we were in a Saturday Night Live skit. USAA roadside assist matched them up with us, and the individual who responded over the phone to our call was absolutely hateful. He made it clear we'd be waiting for a few hours to help my 75 year-old dad for a tire change in 95-degree heat. Then he said they'd tow it but refused to change a tire. USAA can do better identifying businesses to serve our veterans and their families in a professional and fair manner. I had an issue at Buc Ees off I 10 on the way back from Houston to San Antonio. I pulled into the fuel stall and began fueling. At the same time I pulled the oil cap off the top of the compartment to add some oil before venturing on. Well, I sat the cap on top of my block and looked away only to hear it fall down in the front of the engine compartment and perfectly into the radiator fan housing. I was pretty sure that was where it went and after talking with a bmw service advisor I was also sure I couldn't get to it. USAA put me in touch with storm, as I had decided that I was simply going to have the car towed into BMW. The tow was going to cost quite a bit and stood to be easy money for the driver / owner who showed up. Now this guy was pretty raw in his conversation style I'll give him that, but low and behold if he didn't retrieve my oil cap from the fan housing not only saving me the towing expenses but sacrificing easy money out of the pocket of his business. In other words, he helped me out when he had the legitimate ability to make hundreds of dollars off me. I'm grateful to him and his other driver who showed up and helped me out. I'm petty protective over my M3, but if I run into another odd situation and need a tow in the area... I'm calling Storm without hesitation. read more

This was the worst towing company ever. After calling the main number to lodge a complaint I can see where the extremely poor to nonexistent customer service stems. Progressive setup the tow service and initially made the mistake on the delivery address. I explained to the driver the address was incorrect and gave him the correct address. He said ok no problem I will take care of that for you. Well 4 hours later and the mechanic calls says the vehicle never arrived. The driver didn't change the delivery address as agreed. I called the driver multiple time s and he wouldn't answer until I threatened him that I will report my vehicle stolen then I get a call immediately. I called the main number to report/ lodge a complaint and instantly received attitude. Also asked to talk to a manager apparently this was the manager. So I asked to talk to the owner and was told she would not give me that information and that I should figure that out on my own. I let my insurance know they probably should not ever use this company again if they care anything about there reputation. read more

Let me start this review by saying that in the end- I acted like a damn fool, and I'm not sorry about it one bit. This might be a long one- hold tight! If I had the chance to see who was being sent for my lock out call, I would have never allowed them to have been called. You can see from their reviews all over the internet that the owner is a crook and a liar at worst and at best just a terrible person who employs equally terrible people. One of my best friends is part of the wrecker business and would have never acted like this. But, because I don't take advantage of friends, I didn't call them, but should have. My daughter works nearly 45 mins from home at a grocery store. This morning she locked her keys, phone and wallet in her car while getting gas at her place of employment. I made a roadside assistance call with my insurer and gave them all of the info the driver needed to unlock the car. Because I am so far away, and she didn't have her phone, the phone number to contact her was of the gas station attendant, since she works with my daughter, at the same store and can easily contact her in the store when they arrived. The ETA was about an hour, so she was going to work until they got there. I was also given the chance to leave my number through the assistance call app, and I also left my number with my insurer to contact me, the policy holder, should there be any issue. Thats the background info. About an hour into it, I get a text from my daughter on her co-workers phone, the phone that was provided, stating that the driver called them, and that the tow driver was rude to them, and said he wasn't coming. She gave me the cell number of the driver that he called from and I called him back. I thought, surely they are mistaken, and I will call them up and see what's going on. I barely got a few words out when the driver, who sounded like he was being woken up, got very condescending and rude with me. He stated that the person he called wouldn't or couldn't tell him where the car was and refused to give information to him. He had the address of where the car was- but ok. I let him know that it was a young girl, the situation of the lock out, and that she wasn't the owner, but was able to get the owner when he arrived. He said [sic] "I cancelled the call already, Im not putting up with people who don't know the answers to my questions and can't provide additional financial info"- something to that effect. I said "you cancelled the call, why, again?", when the driver got extremely belligerent with me, and said "Yeah, you F**king heard me, I cancelled it, I don't put up with this sh*t" and hung up on me. Now, I can be a rude jerk to people who are rude to me, but I will say in this instance I was very calm, bc I needed to have a service provided to me, that I pay for through my insurance. I am the customer, after all. This comes back into play in a minute. Bravo for reading this far! I called back, because, who hangs up on a customer? I didn't even know who I was calling- because they only answer the phone with "wrecker service". When I called back, I apparently was merged with the dispatch, who happens to be the owner, Travis. I did start my call with, "Who am I calling" and he refused to answer basically asking " what do I want?". The rest of this will be paraphrased, as it turned into a screaming match with this very unprofessional owner. When I tried to explain the situation and find out why I was hung up on, I was basically told- he didn't care, and that *I* was the rude one. I explained that the driver was talking to a very young girl on the phone, that she wasn't being rude- but shes not the policy holder- I am, so she wouldn't have the info. All he needed to know was where the car was, he had the VIN and could verify that was the car he needed to unlock. He informed me that I am NOT the customer, just a third party, and basically he didn't care what I had to say. I was incredulous. Yes, like I mentioned in the start, I went out of pocket with him. Simply due to his complete and total attitude to me, but here's why. Just a few snippets of the things he said to me "you act like you are 4", "stop being a f**king bitch" "I have an IQ of 130" (seriously, why, and no, you don't) "I will get your insurance cancelled" (when I mentioned complaining to the BBB about his behavior). There are a ton of insults that were flung back and forth, that this will not give me the space to write. It basically ended with him telling me he would not end the call, that he wanted to continue to berate me until I hung up. Proud to say I made him hang up with a string of expletives that would make a sailor blush, and he ended the call. I have made a report with BBB, a complaint to the Huntsville Police to not do business with him, and TLDR. They do have a set of standards to uphold and its easy to see why he is only licensed for consent calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. read more

DO NOT USE! State Farm insurance assigned this "company" to our issue. We were told they would arrive in 14 minutes, and that they would call to confirm shortly. After waiting 45 minutes with no confirmation call, I called Storm, and a rude freak answered. He said they were going to take care of an accident that happened AFTER they were assigned to me, and that I should just wait. He was extremely rude. State Farm called to check on me, and I let the agent know what happened. She called Storm to ask for an update, and that jerk was rude to her as well. He told her that since we were bothering them, that he was going to cancel the job. If you need a tow between San Antonio, and Austin, ask your insurance company or AAA to NOT assign this company. It was shocking the way the guy who answered their phone behaved. He shouldn't be in business if he has to treat people the way he treat the SF agent, and myself. Incredibly rude and unprofessional people!!! After being set up by Lyft, I called this sorry excuse for a towing service just to ask what number they would be calling me from when they arrived (as I have a setting on my phone that silences calls from unknown numbers) and the person answering the phone (I think he said his name was Don) was being so incredibly rude about me asking for this basic information and after I asked him why he was being so rude he told me I could just get another service and hung up on me! Are you freakin kidding me!!! I even called back to speak with Travis who did not listen to me at all and told me I was the one with the problem. I have just been fuming about this and it's honestly kind of a relief to see that I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience with these guys lol like seriously just look at the negative reviews on this page all saying pretty much the same thing. If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin. The tow was ordered at 8:30 am on a Friday. My friend ( who's car was in distress)had an important interview to go to and I had several deliveries expected to my home as I had just closed on my house and the arrival time was 2 hours for the tow . Understanding the time of day, I wasn't upset by the fact that they were doing what they could. Or so I thought. I let my friend go prepare for her interview while I kept an eye on the vehicle. The police eventually showed up and threatened to tow the car if it wasn't moved in the next hour, so I pulled up the tracker to see eta and it said " the rescuer had arrived". Not sure where because he was nowhere in site. After talking to dispatch, I was informed that he PASSED me in route to do a drop elsewhere and pinged him at my location and that I was the next pick up in 15-20 min. I gave that info to the police and they cut me some slack. HOWEVER, the truck did not show up until 40 minutes later, and after another call to dispatch that I expressed how infuriated I was on how they were now over 40 min passed original eta, and nobody is telling me anything. Nobody was communicating what was going on and I, like most people, have things to do and can't just sit around waiting for someone to show up whenever. The driver finally arrives and first words out of his mouth were " your going to have to pay out of pocket for this labor" insurance won't cover it...I'm sorry... not a hello, hi, kiss my butt.. nothing. So I kept my cool(surprisingly) and said it not my car and I'm not sure if there is a card on file that my friend said she had one on file. He went to his truck to see if they would " approve the extra labor". I stood by my car while he checked and here's where I lost it... he never got back out of the truck. HE JUST LEFT. No explanation no nothing. I had to call dispatch to see why he just left, the response was " insurance didn't approve the extra labor". I was MORE than willing to pay the difference but he never told me there would be a difference to pay. He never gave me a chance to offer. The dispatch's response was " Oh my God" in a sigh. She got my number and said she'd call back. To this day they never called me bk and they have not answered my calls. I had to call another company to come and it took forever because it's now noon and work orders have piled up. I can't express how infuriated I am with the lack of care, concern or quality this company offered. I wouldn't send them to my worse enemy's aid. read more

They both lied, refused to listen and I quickly chose to remain stranded on the interstate and sent them packing. By far the worst towing company I ever had to deal with. Not only has it taken over 2 1/2-3 hours and still no pick up...I also had to deal with one of the most unprofessional people in their call center. Instead of just telling the truth and saying she can't get ahold of her driver or locate him for that matter she kept telling me "he will be there soon" and when she decided to tell me she spoke to him (after 3 follow up phone calls) I asked what's the ETA and she tries to back track and I told her " if u can't make the pick up don't take the job". Never received any type of text giving me updated information...I had to call my insurance for the number. Then the customer service lady had the nerve to say we are going to cancel your pick up...and I told her to go right ahead. I rather spend more time and energy on another service provider. I do not recommend and don't become desperate and use them. read more

My car broke down recently and I called AAA to have it towed home. They dispatched a tow company that will remain nameless and told me to expect a call in the next 75 minutes or so from the tow company. 75 minutes go by and no call. I called AAA back and asked for an update. They reached out to the nameless company and were not able to get any kind of ETA. AAA redispatched the call to Storm Towing. Enter Dakota. Within 10 minutes he called me with an ETA. I sent him a text with my GPS location and he got to my location about 10 minutes faster than he set my expectation for. Dakota quickly and efficiently got my car up on the flatbed and soon after we were zooming up IH35 back to my house. If you find yourself broken down in the Kyle or south Austin area and needing a tow, I highly recommend Dakota from Storm towing. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I totally would. My insurance company dispatched them out to pick up my vehicle which needed to be transported to the car dealership for service. I gave them my personal cell phone number to contact me when they arrived. I never received a phone call from them. I was at work during this so my boyfriend was in charge of handing the key over to the driver. My boyfriend heard a noise outside and looked out the window to see him scanning my car's VIN number. He then walked out with the intention of giving him the key only to see the driver getting back into the truck. He tried to speak to him but he drove off. I then contacted the company and the driver picked up the phone. He was rude and insisted he called me when I don't have any missed calls whatsoever. I told him my boyfriend tried to walk up to him to give him the key but he just drove off. I asked if he could go back to pick up the vehicle and he said "no, we already answered the call. There's nothing I can do" so I called my insurance and requested another tow truck company. As soon as I hung up with my insurance, the other company called me to confirm and asked for alternate numbers. Their customer service leaves Storm in the dust. I'll never use Storm for any future emergencies nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ever! If you need towing service, stay away from Storm. read more

ABSOLUTELY WORST BUSINESS EVER! My car broke down on my way to town, i think my alternator went out. I pulled my car to the side of the road and called my insurance company to get roadside assistance. That was at 12:34. The insurance company sent me a text with an ETA of 2:38, over two hours away. I was out in the hot sun, in over 100 degree weather the entire time. At 2:41 i got a phone call from the company asking if I was where i was, which i knew for sure because i could see the signs and i travel the road nearly every day. They called 11 minutes later and told me that they had just left, and that it would be about 45 minutes until they got there. Needless to say the 45 minutes passed, and they hadn't showed up. They finally showed up after an hour and fifteen minutes and told me right away it would be $36 more than what the insurance would cover, even when they didn't know where they were going or how many miles, and i had to tell the driver which way to turn. At this point my mom was already on the phone with the insurance company over making me wait soo long and then the overage fee. She arrived at the house shortly after i did and spoke with the driver who said that they wouldn't take credit cards over the phone (the insurance company was going to pay the $36 for my inconvenience). They decided that they were just going to send one of the nearest agents, who was around 20 minutes away. The driver stated that he was only waiting for 5 minutes and then he was leaving with my car. (they probably wanted to get storage and impound fees on top of everything else). We stood in the driveway to prevent the driver from leaving, and called the local Police Department to send an officer out to the house. He took our story and talked to the driver, by then the insurance person had showed up with the money to pay them. He finally released my car, and took the keys with him when he left. The insurance representative asked for a receipt for records, and was told they can't print one but that they would email it to them. Which never happened. And the entire time the driver had his kids in the truck, which leads me to question what would have happened if it was more than just me in my car when it broke down? There wouldn't have been room for anybody else. The next day we went to the insurance building to pay our insurance and to talk with the representative, she told us that she hadn't recieved the reciept, and proceeded to call the company. The person on the phone told us that we woulnd't be getting a receipt because we were unproffesional and an inconvenience to them. Just because we made them wait a few more minutes to get paid. We called another agent in our area who is higher up than the first, and told her what happened. She proceeded to call the tow company as well, and was told that "I've already talked to you this morning" to which she told them that she hadn't called but that it was another agent. They again refused a reciept when asked, and told her as well that we were an inconvenience to them. If your customers are an inconvenience you shouldn't have the business, and we are planning on making that happen. We have contacted other people with issues with storm and will be taking appropriate matters to have them taken care of. They should no longer be in business after how they have treated their customers. read more

Hate to even leave one star because this company deserves none. I had a blowout and unfortunately Storm Towing is the company my roadside assistance sent. It took 2 hrs for roadside assistance to even find an available tow as everyone was booked and extremely busy. I called Travis to explain the situation and to just kindly ask for an ETA, he proceeded to yell at me and call me a liar about the amount of time I had already waited. Keep in mind, I was in no way faulting him, wasn't his fault, he was just dispatched, I was just letting him know I had already been waiting 2 hrs and wanted an ETA. Needless to say, they never showed! My roadside assistance corporate got involved and refunded my money, sent a different towing company and removed Storm from their list of professionals. AARP Roadside Service sent Storm Towing based in McQueeney Tx to take my truck to repair shop. The driver showed up 25 minutes before the ETA. The driver took pictures of my truck, just in case anything went wrong. He quickly loaded my truck and got it to the shop with no problems. I highly recommend this towing company. read more

I am not happy with the service that this company provided. First, I "somehow" received the incorrect estimated time of arrival- so the tow truck was an hour late (but of course no one wanted to take responsibility for that and blamed it on the insurance.) second, I ask about my own transportation to the collision center and I was told "we aren't authorized to transport passengers". So then I called the dispatcher who told me "that driver is full of shit ma'am" so then I called someone claiming to be the general manager and was told "well they are their own bosses and there's nothing I can do about it". So there I was stranded. When the driver eventually showed up, there were no other passengers in the cab of the tow truck. I request the name of the drivers supervisor and he said "why? What's the issue?" So I explained to him that I'm not happy with the service... so all he did was ask "well do you still want me to tow the truck to the collision center"... log story short, I am very dissatisfied with this service and this company. I definitely submitted a request to my car insurance company to discontinue services with them because I don't want others to be stranded the same way I was. read more

Had to have my car towed through Hyundai Road side assistance. Had to call the tow company and the person who answered the phone and the person from the tow never got a name but was very rude. Had to call back and was connected back to the tow company through Hyundai and once again the person on the phone was very rude and yelling at me accusing me of yelling at him. Told me he was not the driver this was a business and he tows a lot of cars. He then told me that if I didn't quit yelling at him I would have even bigger problems then I already had. I took this as a threat, after talking to Hyundai again I was able to find out that they had taken my car to storage for the night. I am hoping my car makes it to the dealership without being damaged since the person on the phone told me I was going to have bigger problems. I was not yelling at the guy, I wish I could have given 0 stars because that is what this company deserves. I want to start out with gratitude for the tow truck driver, Fide Vasquez. He was polite, courteous, and did his job quickly and efficiently. That being said, the "dispatcher" on duty tonight has a lot to learn about customer service. My 20 yr. old daughter had her first tire blowout tonight on I-35 in New Braunfels. She was driving in the left lane in heavy traffic when the tire blew out. Her immediate reaction was to get out of the traffic onto the left shoulder because she could not cross all of the lanes of traffic to get to the right shoulder. She called her dad and I to come help her. As we drove to where she was we called our insurance roadside service and they called Storm Towing. Geico told us it would be about 25 minutes. We parked behind my daughter with our emergency flashers on, got her into our truck and waited on the tow truck. After waiting 30 minutes I called Storm Towing just to get an update on their ETA since we were sitting on the left shoulder in heavy traffic. The "dispatcher" proceeded to read me the riot act about how "I was endangering his employee and his equipment because I didn't pull off on the right shoulder." He was extremely rude and condescending to me, berating me repeatedly for "endangering his employee and his equipment." When I tried to explain what had happened, he cut me off and repeated himself. I told him I just needed an ETA for the tow truck. He said he didn't know how long it would take because his driver had to get "special equipment" because of the dangerous position we were putting him into. At that point I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude, to which he responded, that he didn't appreciate ME putting his employee and his equipment in danger. At that point I asked if I could please have his name. He told me NO you don't need my name and hung up on me. The very last thing a person in an emergency situation needs is someone that is supposed to be responsible for getting help on the way to give them attitude. Our car broke down on the way home from an oncologist appointment. Called roadside assistance and they sent out a tow. We were 25 minutes from home and already had a family member on the way to pick us up - including my 72yr old father who is in stage 4 liver cancer and in a wheelchair. The driver said his boss Travis told him he was allowed to wait 10 mins and after that we would be charged $1.25/minute to wait - even though he did not have another job waiting to get to. With my fathers condition and the 98 degree heat, i think this was very bad customer service. I do not recommend using this tow service, and plan to inform my roadside assistance and request that they not ever use this vendor again. read more

AWFUL! They were an hour late and I called to ask when they'd be there. I started the conversation with my name and was explaining why I was calling when he cut me off and said he didn't know who I was. I told him my name again, the vehicle they were towing, and location and he got more attitude and said he needed to know who I was first. By then I had an attitude back, told him I'd told him my name twice and he cut me off again and said he was hanging up on me. I called my insurance company and cancelled them immediately. I'd rather wait another two hours for another company than let Storm Ventures get any business from me. The next tow company told me he knew I had dealt with Storm when he saw "previous provider was rude to customer" on the order. They said Storm has a reputation of being jerks, to put it lightly, and for telling customers they'll get there when they get there. Do yourself a favor and use anyone other than Storm. read more

My truck broke down one morning. I called my road side assistance and they sent Storm Towing to tow my truck. The driver was rude on the phone to me and then was rude to my friend who was kind enough to wait with my truck so I could go on to work. When the driver loaded my truck, he damaged the steering damper shock. This made the truck not steer correctly. The driver came out and looked at it - tried to say he didn't do it. If he would have backed his tow truck up to my truck, his tow arm would have lined right up with the damaged shock. He then said to let him know if it caused any damage to the steering once I got my truck back on the road, which it did - it wouldn't turn to the right at all. I told the driver that if he would just pay for the new steering damper shock, I could put it on and we'd be done with the issue. He wanted me to pay for it & then give him the receipt. I asked him if I was to take the receipt to his office & he said no - he didn't want them to know about it. I told him that I would order the part and he could go pay for it and I'd pick it up. When the part arrived, the tow driver had blocked my number from calling him. So I called his office. They were rude and said it would take a few days for them to decide what they were going to do about it. I had already been without a vehicle for 4 days because of this issue. I'm going ahead and filing the claim with my insurance and hopefully they can get my money back from Storm Towing. read more

My son's car broke down Thursday, July 23 at approximately 12:30 pm. He was stranded in 100 degree weather. He called our Farmers Roadside assistance at 12:38 pm (according to his cell phone) They stated it would be 2:38 pm for Storm Towing out of McQueeney, Texas estimated time of arrival. I called Farmers back at 1:42 pm because that is an excessive amount of time for my teenage son to be waiting in the heat with no air conditioner or water supply. The thermometer in my car read 103 degrees that day. They then said it would be just 40 more minutes. My son informed me that they called him at 2:41 to make sure he was at the corner of FM 108 and Hwy 97. Then they called back again at 2:52 pm and stated you they were just now leaving and that it would be 45 minutes until they got there. This is extremely excessive especially as hot as it was. Storm Towing finally arrived at approximately 4:00 pm. When Storm Towing actually arrived it was well over 3 hours later. Then they proceeded to tell my son it was going to be $36.00 more than the $120.00 Farmers Insurance was already going to pay them. How do you know how much it is going to cost when you don't even know the mileage or where we are taking the vehicle? We were only going 10 miles and we have been towed twice from the area actually further out and it has NEVER cost us more than the insurance covered. Because of the hassle we had to go through my insurance agent agreed to pay the tow bill. When I pulled up to the house the driver wouldn't even acknowledge I was there until I had to make motions in his window. Then he finally rolled down the window only to find out he had his kids with him, how very unprofessional. If it would have been more than just one customer stranded how would you have handled that with nowhere for them to sit? In addition you would not take a credit card payment over the phone from the Insurance Company, there is not one towing company that I know who would not take a credit card payment over the phone. My Insurance Company offered to bring cash but it was going to be about 20 minutes before they could make it there as they were in the next town and I didn't have the funds and the banks were closed by this time. The driver (who wouldn't even give us his name) stated he was only going to wait 5 minutes then he was going to leave with the car. This made it evident to me they want to take the car to charge more for tow bill and storage when you take it back to your yard. After all the time they made my son wait in the heat on the side of the road getting sun burnt, they couldn't wait 20 minutes for cash payment that their driver was probably just sticking in his pocket. We stood in front of thier tow truck and called the police. They came immediately and your payment came shortly thereafter. My insurance agent paid in cash and asked for a receipt. She was told by their driver that he couldn't print a receipt but that he would email one and proceeded to have her put in her email address. Their driver finally dropped my son's car and then left with his keys and I believe it was on purpose as the keys were in the ignition and had no reason to remove them. Luckily for them he did come back and drop the keys off. The following day while at my insurance agent's office I asked for a copy of the receipt. She stated that she had been looking for it all day in her email but had never received one. She proceeded to call while I was there. She was polite and professional and asked if they could resend the receipt as she had not received one. The person on the other end of the phone proceeded to tell her he was not going to send a receipt because we were rude and she was unprofessional and hung up on her. Her boss then proceeded to call and talk with your company. They answered with I already spoke with you today and she stated no I didn't talk to you today, then he stated he spoke to one of the other agents. She then asked if she could get the receipt showing she paid you. They then stated after we inconvenienced them that she was not getting anything from them. She then hung up. They inconvenienced us by having to wait so long; they inconvenienced themselves by not taking the credit card over the phone to begin with. If their customers are such an inconvenience to them then they shouldn't be in business. They are the most rude, disrespectful company I have ever experienced. I will make sure EVERYONE knows what a bunch of crooks they are. They are a horrible business and a horrible excuse for a human being. read more

I was treated so poorly by the driver!! My battery died. I called Ameriprise road side assistance. They called Storm towing and arranged a 45 minute arrival time. Driver was here in less than that. Great start that quickly turned very ugly. Driver pounded on my back door. When I answered he was angry. He did not introduce himself, but instead stated angrily "I called you three times!!!". To which I replied "oh I didn't hear the phone ring." Again angrily "I called you three times!!" Me, "maybe you have the wrong....". Interrupted rudely and angrily " i got your voicemail and it said your name,," Me, now startling to get irritated, "I'm sorry, I don't know what happened..." Driver just stares at me angrily so I didn't know what to say. He continues to stare at me angrily. I say "is this how this is going to go?" He says (as he's walking away) "I'll tell you how this is going to go, you can find someone else to help you". So he left me and my 6 year old stranded with no way to get my car started. Find another tow company to use. This one is dishonest and their customer service after the fact is the worst ever. Long story short...the company damaged my vehicle and claimed the damage already existed. They went so far as to alter my invoice, forge my signature and then cursed out the insurance company and hung up on them when they tried to intervene to reach a settlement. I called on a Saturday morning for service out in Canyon Lake. Had Travis at my house in an hour to help me out of a unique situation. Very professional, great service, and the price was very reasonable. If you find yourself needing to call a towing company these guys are the best at what they do.
