They gave me multiple shingle colors to choose from and we set the date. They dropped off the material the day prior which was great, so I knew they stayed on schedule. The day of the repair I was sent pics of progress so I could see firsthand what they did. Besides a beautiful new roof (that I picked out), I live in Gallup, New Mexico so all this long distance could have been a nightmare. Not with these guys! They are the Real Deal. He installed an exterior dryer vent cover. Lastly he built a new wooden gate and installed new hardware on the other gate I have. I would not hesitate using Mark for other projects.
