Such a gem in Storm Lake! We always come here when visiting family and are always greeted with friendly service and delicious donuts. They have a great variety but the later in the day it gets, the less is available, so come early! My favorite is the custard filled bismark, which is hard to find at other donut shops. But here it's always an option! I also recently tried the cinnamon pretzel donut, which was also delicious. Storm Lake Bakery has all your donut needs covered. I came here 2x during my short trip to Storm Lake, IA. Highly recommended. My favorites were the donut holes, long johns with cream filling, and the cream horn. The cream horn is definitely top-notched. Not too sweet, soft, and freshly made. I dropped by at 3 in the afternoon and I got the last cream horn! Lucky. So come early if you plan to stop by because my understanding is that once it is gone (by the afternoon), it is gone. Everything I got from this bakery was awesome.
