Evidently their system is screwed up and they never got the payment. We just had to pay a damn late fee on top of everything else. 3) Initially dangled a bunch of "free moving truck" and "x number of free weeks rent" to get us interested and we got NONE of that. We just went with them because we were already there thanks to their lying online marketing. If we could do it all over again we would NOT use this storage facility.

While the immediate manager appears to have attempted to resolve the lighting issues, I can only assume that the upper management of this company has complete and total disregard for the quality and appearance of their facility. Upon vacating, of the FIVE light fixtures in the hallway where our unit was located, 1.5 fixtures were operational. Other hallways at this location are in the same type of disrepair. In addition, the manager chose not to have us complete a vacating form although it still states on the exit gate that one must do so before vacating; nor was she willing or able to prorate for the month with 20 days left. We have attempted to have the lighting issues resolved not just for us but other renters as well. We surely cannot be the only renters that would have liked to be able to see inside their unit without a flashlight. Renters beware!
