They aren't as big as some of the other chain grocery stores, so they tend to have a good selection, but not nearly as much volume of items. Prices are good especially if you are shopping sales. The meats for the most part looked pretty good. Produce section was kind of on the small side, but again, without close investigation looked like it was pretty good quality. No actual interaction with staff except for checking out, and they were very nice. Checkers bagged for other checkers if they didn't have somebody they were waiting on, nice customer service step to speed up the check out. Overall, good store, and if I'm in the area I would come back in here again if I needed something.

This particular Publix is located in the Shoppes at Rainbow Landing. They have a huge parking lot. The inside is bright and cheerful and this ambiance makes shopping more enjoyable. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. We were told to air fry them for around 3-4 minutes and let me tell you... we aren't big sweet eaters but these pies will have us coming back. Next we went there for the hamburger. This is our first time to ever visit the Greasy Cove. My wife and I split a cheeseburger with onion, tomato, pickle , lettuce ketchup, mayo and we added mustard. The homemade fries we ordered ($4.00) on the side came in their own basket. Piping hot and fresh. I told my wife they served too large a portion. We finished them all. The burger patty was cooked on a flat top, so the edges were crispy and they hung over the bun. So good. This was our first visit and we have noticed Greasy Cove on different social media platforms for a couple of years and finally decided to try them as we passed down 59 South and took the 15-20 minute drive.
