We used Two Men and a Truck (Johnathan's crew) for our move in August, and we are still dealing…read morewith the aftermath. Our Sleep Number bed -- less than a year old -- was damaged during the move. We were told the part was "rotted," which makes no sense on a nearly new bed. We had to contact Sleep Number ourselves to order the replacement part, and on numerous occasions Johnathan promised to come fix the issue. Each time, he failed to show up. This past Thursday was the last straw -- yet another no-show, no communication, and still no working bed months later. The move itself might have seemed fine on the surface, but the lack of accountability and follow-through has been unacceptable. Between the damage, the excuses, and the repeated broken promises, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences we've ever had. I would not recommend this company, especially if you're moving valuable or newer furniture.

They have a very friendly and professional staff as well as clean facilities. The only problem I…read morehave with them is the appearance of the "bait and switch tactic". They advertise rentals a what would be a bargain rate and, actually sign you up for the rate. While you think you are getting a good deal, within two to three months of signing the rental contract the price basically triples. You say your rates increase based on market conditions. Well, I find it hard to believe that market conditions could change that much within a 120-day period of time. In my case it was from $80.35 to $162.05, more than double. This is trickery and deception. I am not sure if this practice is legal, but I am working diligently to find out. If there are no legal ramifications, I will spread the word on every social platform available to me. Sunshine/light is the best disinfectant in the world. I will shine the light on you!
