We were able to get a quote before hand for this job, they were very specific and detailed assuring we got the most accurate quote. We were picking this piano up from a residential location and moving it to our home- they communicated well with us and the family whose home we were moving it from - ensuring all parties were included and looped in. We got confirmation when they arrived to move it, when it was loaded and on our way- and confirm of delivery even though one of us was home at the time. They properly laid moving carpets and took their time to ensure there was no damage to our home or piano when moving. The care and attention to detail was appreciated. We'd recommend them again and again.

Absolutely horrible experience with Steve Heavenly Hauling. I would not recommend this company to…read moreanyone. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Steve even came into the office recording me, which was completely inappropriate. He later denied multiple things that were clearly discussed and agreed on. He was supposed to pick up mattresses and never did, which left me having to throw them into our dumpster myself. He also acted like he was "helping us out," yet my maintenance crew was the one helping HIM load appliances. He then took the appliances to scrap for money and was supposed to come back afterward, but never showed back up. We were told he would arrive at 9:00 AM, and he didn't show up until around 3:30 PM with no professionalism or communication. Overall, this felt like a company just trying to make a quick buck while providing terrible service and wasting everyone's time. Very unreliable, very unprofessional, and definitely not a company I will ever use again.

They worked on it for about ten days. Steve and his workers did an amazing job! They packed things carefully and transported them to my new home. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced for such professional help. I had many antiques and valuable things, and he and his workers did not damage or hurt one item! Steve is friendly and very polite, as are everyone working for him.I recommend him for cleaning, moving, or hauling services. You will get a good job done at much less than the "big name" companies who charge $150-180/per hour. He was indeed a "heaven-sent" man and company for all of my needs! 5 Star service and job!
