Getting into your unit is like trying to get into Fort Knox. If your unit is on the first floor…read moreit's not so bad if your unit is on the second or third floor it is a ridiculous hassle. You have to enter your code to get into the building, if you need a cart grab the car you go outside of the building load the card up then you have to enter the code again because the door is already shut. So now you have a cart full of stuff you have to enter the code again get back into the building and then enter the code to access the elevator you put your stuff in the elevator the elevator shuts within 15 seconds so you can only either take one cart up at a time or you have to go through all that stuff again just to get your second cart or Addalia or whatever else you're trying to load up you have to do that every single time you want to access the elevator.! and if you're loading your stuff up or unloading your stuff up and it's 9 o'clock you're trying to get out the door that door shuts at 9 o'clock whether you're your stuff is still in there in the elevator or not if that door shuts you won't be able to get to it until 6 AM the next morning

I needed a storage unit in a hurry when I was in a pickle, Martha was so pleasant to work with and ensured I was taken care of immediately. She remembered my name and took amazing care of me every time I talked to her. My first day I lost my key, but rest assured, she found it while cleaning and held it for me until I came in claiming I lost it. The key was given back to me free of charge. My entire experience from move in to move out was painless. I would absolutely recommend to all.
