Yes she wasn't able to pay the bill, covid has hurt a lot of people. They didn't work with her and were very rude. Just told that her stuff was in the dumpster. I believe that is BS. They wouldn't just throw stuff away, they would sell it to make some money out of it. We aren't stupid. I called last night and left a voice message. I have yet to get a call back. Their customer service is garbage. They don't care about people as humans. I am in the business of customer service, if I acted the way they did I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would look into other storage places before picking this company.

Customer service was awful from then on. He never closed out our contract, put it on auto pay instead. I got two months notices for rent due (for an emptied and returned unit) and it autopaid one months rent for 100 bucks. Tried calling the store 17 (not exaggerating) times, never answers. Left seven messages with Uhaul call center. Spoke with 4 customer service reps. None could refund or close out account, had to be this guy at the store. Called his manager. Still nothing. After 7 weeks the guy finally calls, doesn't say hi this is so and so from Uhaul, simply asks for the credit card number. Had to ask him what this was in reference to because he didn't identify, he proceeds to get mad at me because I should know who's calling lol. Finally getting a refund and hopefully the account is finally closed. If there's any other place to rent trucks or storage in hazleton, go with that first, this place is terrible. Also the Ubox was late and that was a hassle, so frankly don't go with Uhaul ever anywhere.
