Idiots put a "See Manager" lock on my unit by mistake so I couldn't get in. They admitted to the…read moremistake and corrected it the next day but wouldn't make it right with me after the wasted trip I made to my unit the night before. Their rates aren't too bad, but good luck getting a decent sized available unit on short notice. Also, they're very quick to hit you with a late fee. I also dislike the liability waver that you have to sign making them not liable for anything that happens to your property. It might be standard with most storage rental places but it made me wonder if my property would still be there every time I opened my unit. A bit nerve-racking.
