I have auto pay with them and they ran my credit card incorrectly, (verified with the credit card company that no transactions were attempted for the months of May and again in June). When I was finally contacted regarding the declined charges. I was charge Late fees totally 79.40. I shouldn't have to pay late charges for their mistake. I spoke with Abraham who said there was nothing he could do about it and refused to give me a phone # to speak with someone else about it. Very poor service as well as fraudulent charges. I will be seeking future compensation. Abraham doesn't deserve any star read more

You don't pay more, I get more. That's their logo and it's so true! I love it's convenient location and online reservation. The best customer service I could ask for. Great friendly customer care in the office and extremely helpful when I asked for her help with the roll-up door. It was hot outdoors and she didn't hesitate to come out and help me. Rarely, if ever, have I had such an awesome, easy, and stress-free experience renting a storage unit, as I have here with Stor It, Chino Valley. And I've been with quite a few different self storage businesses over the years. Too many in fact! But the point being that when others have overcharged me for inadequate, tiny and poorly-managed storage units, Stor It has done nothing but exceed my expectations. More specifically, they've done so by delivering the exact opposite of those past nightmare experiences. My storage unit here was properly maintained, with excellent security oversight, in an unbelievably easy to access location, and all organized through their highly attentive and dedicated management team. Plus, all of that while paying half of what I would at a competitor company. It feels a bit silly to rave this much about a self storage company, but I can't express enough praise and appreciation for the experience I've had here at the Chino Valley Stor It. For anyone in need of such quality facilities, customer services, and affordable prices, these guys would be the first, and only, that I'd recommend. A big thanks to everyone there! read more

Wow all I have to say is Doug the gentleman running the place was amazing. I needed my units asap and he was more than accommodating for me and my belongings. I was moving from California to Arizona and had to do it last minute and this place had the best rates around. The first initial trip with my stuff made me realize I needed more room. Doug helped me out and was able to get me into another unit that fit my needs. The place is always clean and makes me feel comfortable that my things are safe. If you're in the area and need a good storage this is a great place to go. One of the best things is that it's open 7 days a week and the gate is open till 7pm. Unlike most places where you have to have a code. I've had trouble at places with a code gate cause I would forget it. But like I said it's a great place and ask for Doug. read more

We recently moved and down sized on houses. We didn't have enough room for all our stuff so we needed a storage. I tried to contact other facilities in our area by calling and going to the office and they never answered and were never on the office even during business hours! ! Then I found Stor It the staff is super friendly and on the premises :) The facility is well maintained and the prices are very competitive!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit!! read more

Most UNFRIENDLY woman was at the counter. She refused to even wait on us , saying her husband was the only one who could do it. (Then why was she there?). She refused to give us a rate and looked at us with very obvious contempt. We are a mixed ethnic couple and have seen this before. Decided to warn off anyone who comes to Chino who is Black, Hispanic or mixed couples that this place doesn't want YOUR business. read more

After many years and thousands of dollars with this business, they are unable to wait one day before assessing late fees. The prices have gone up and up and up. There are much better values to be had in Chino Valley. read more

This would be a one star review if the owner didn't call me back a 2nd time…read more Booked a small job (5 items) and, of course, they have a minimum: 3hrs + truck rental = $309. Was suggested to me by the rep I first contacted that they could take unwanted items to Goodwill (or charity of my choice) with the "extra time" that wouldn't be used on such a small job. When I booked the job (with the owner!) he reiterated that option also. I also told them that I would have a big job coming up in the near future - thinking they'd be on their best behavior. The truck driver/mover showed up and immediately said he had time constraints (more jobs) and it was up to his discretion if he took any items to Goodwill. When he got some "push back" he said he called the office and got no answer. So: two lies. There were no other jobs that day for him. Also: he *did* call the office and got into an argument with the owners wife. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss. My interaction with Kevin was not what I expected. At one point I even said "do you care at all about what I'm saying or just waiting for me to finish so you can get off the phone?!?" No apology, no interest in what I was saying... The owner called me back after some time - seems he got the opportunity to speak to his wife and to talk one-on-one with the mover. His attitude had changed quite a bit. The fact that he didn't initially believe me and blew me off is really frustrating. What is ultimately most important is that he's not going to replace this employee with someone who cares (and is honest). I'm sure no one is surprised that the next job is going to another business. Also: I'm out of state. The other people involved are all local. They will be using word of mouth to let everyone they know about their experience with "Help U Move".

Doug at Stor It Self Storage in Chino Valley, AZ provided the very best customer service I have ever experienced! I had a horrible experience at Fort Knox Self Storage and Uhaul when they failed to unlock my newly rented storage space on moving day. I had my movers with me and I couldn't unload. I am a 62 year old woman and couldn't do it by myself. My movers had to go back down to Phoenix and I was stranded with a full Uhaul and no movers. Fort Knox was unapologetic and rude, refused to refer me to anyone who could help me unload, announced about 5 times that they can't help me unload (I never even asked them!) then they charged me again for the use of the trailer when I couldn't unload because of their mistake! I paid for the trailer again and took my load to Stor It Self Storage practically in tears. Doug literally pulled $30 out of his own pocket to pay for the storage unit and apologized for the Fort Knox jerks. He immediately told me about 3 facebook Chino Valley sites I could post a request for help unloading and I found a great young man that helped me. Doug's kindness, care and efficiency restored my faith in humankind and went a long way to heal a terrible first experience in Chino Valley. Go see Doug, he will serve you well and treat you with respect... Stay far away from Fort Knox!!!! read more

If you live in the Quad Cities area and need storage, you'll find them in short supply. Personally I'm in Chino Valley and have been lucky to find a great unit, close to my move, and at a great price. I met Doug at the Stor It here, he held a 10x15 for me, and I gladly rented. The unit is extremely clean, has extra protection from incoming water in weather stripping and calk, and not a dead bug in sight. The grounds around the facility are well maintained and extra wide so using a unit is very easy. I've rented several storage units before this and these units in Chino are by far the nicest. Add to that the management, who couldn't be more professional and you can see your possessions are safe here at Stor It. Another big thing for me was auto pay, Doug set it up for automatic monthly payment so the rent was drawn after my social security check is deposited into my account, I never have to worry about making payment on time. Shop around, but before you decide, call Doug and his wife at Stor It, I did and I know my things are safe. read more

This place is convenient for our move as well as has a Wallgreens and Sonic drive in closeby. The gate opens at 7 a.m. It is easy in and out for trucks and trailers. Doug was the one who signed us up with our unit and helped us and our daughter who also is renting 2 units He was very informative and friendly. I also like that the bill can be paid on line and set up for automatic payments. read more
