We were moving across the…read morecountry and I was driving a 26 foot Penske truck towing our car while my husband was driving the other car. We got off at the exit for gas and found the gas station. It was a difficult trick getting the truck situated correctly so that the pump was in the correct position. While I was pumping the fuel (diesel), Billy came over to talk to us. The first thing he did was tell us that there was no re-entry on westbound I-64. The town had rejected it and there was no sign so that people would buy stuff in town. Anyway, he gave us tips on where to go, and then he told us that we could just leave the truck where it was (parked at the pump) so that we didn't have to try to move it while we ate lunch at the Subway which was attached. Moving the truck would have involved backing up the behemoth with the towed car. Anyway, I'm giving this place a high review because of Billy's helpfulness. Go Billy!

The young man I talked to treated me as if I was his mother, I was treated with such respect if blew me away. The young lady in the office came out and they said they would make time and fix it. It made me feel like I was special. That young lady, I don't know how she does it, but she had that office so control answering the phone, waiting on people and she had a beautiful smile, no attitude, she was bubbly, she made you feel you were a special customer. The other mechanic came out said I was ready he had a smile and was nice. I wish they work on BMW I would trust them totally. But I can go there for my tires.
