He doesn't let them have breaks, he doesn't provide adequate mats to stand on, and he threatens his employees if they might be late (when they call to let him know ahead of time). All in all, he is a very poor manager. Also, he plays favoritism with one employee by giving her any shift she desires, but yet doesn't take into account what the other employees would like. In all of my life, I have never seen a manager act as selfish as this manager does. Honestly, this business would flourish if they replaced this store manager with someone more qualified for the job.
