I've had tooth pain and cavities before and doctor Chambers and her team always get me back in shape. I'm also a fan of her hygienists, they're always friendly during my cleanings and while taking my x-rays.

I recently went to another dentist and they found the problem the same problem that's clearly shown in the X-ray from Aspen last year. Neglect & malpractice to say the least. I am giving Aspen Dental one star because the neglectful care I received leading to a lack of a proper treatment plan is basically malpractice. Aspen Dental failed to diagnose & treat a serious dental issue which resulted in me experiencing a great deal of pain and resulted in an extraction of the tooth. After going to another dentist it was obvious that Aspen Dental didn't view the x-rays that were taken at my visit with them because the cavity was very obvious on the x-ray taken by Aspen Dental in Gardendale back on March 27, 2023.

I asked the scheduler when would Dr. Clark be back, as I was flexible. I was then told I would receive a call back after being told we could only see Holmes or Smith. When inquiring why, I was told the pediatric dentist my teen sees only refers to those two, I ask how have a had an appointment if that were true? I was told Clark prefers not to work with children although I have a myriad of reviews from my peers in surgery that he does. I explained we had prepped for what we were told would happen, Aspergers children need to be coached at times to avoid anxiety. I was told i would be called back when the scheduler could not locate my referral, she sent a text message a couple hours later with a new time to a physician I told her we did not want to see. I called the office to follow up, I was transferred to Clarks office only to have apologies and not being made whole for the mixup. I asked if it was an insurance issue or if the issue was that he broke away from our pediatrician and they didn't refer directly to one another. I wanted to know if i could request an exception. I was told that wasn't the case. I was told the scheduler made a mistake and scheduled us with the wrong doctor. Nevertheless we have confirmed twice since we originally scheduled. No one seemed to have a clue how that happened. I looked up the reviews on Holmes and I see a death and permanent nerve damage and you know, maybe its divine intervention. Its definitely not the customer service or experience. If we cant agree on an appointment that been scheduled more months, I don't want any experiments with my teen under anesthesia. We could have used this wasted time to research other surgeons and go somewhere we are comfortable but to kicked off the schedule, reassigned without permission with no follow up, no attempt to be made whole after all of this... Im highly dissapointed.

While she was cleaning she was very careful and apologetic. I felt that I was in good hands, since she would ask if it hurts or if she had to move me or really get in there that may have hurt me.
