This company now goes by Montium Properties......DO NOT rent from them; they are slum lord; I stay in Riverview Crossing in Bensalem, PA and there is a severe mice & roach infestation; the leasing manager is rude & nasty and at first attempt acts like she cares and will give you the run around and never returns phone calls. The mice have taken over the complex; I have anxiety and PTSD in which this situation has elevated it; I am removing mice daily from glue traps and continuously discovering holes they've dug to get into the apartment! There are hundreds of black boxes around the perimeter of each building to catch the mice; that if I noticed before I moved in; I never would've moved in! They charge outrageous amounts for rent and the property is certainly not worth it! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! read more

This is not a good place to live right now.. They just got the BLD in its a mess... No real support... I am in wheelchair and my apartment has water, mold, and mildew everywhere.. Stonelock properties always promise to help but i don't believe they care... I am not going to address to much of the drama between us... But for now its a mess... This group recently took over management and it went from bad to worse. I am now in a position to file legal proceedings as they are trying to sweep issues under the rug as the building failed to make repairs for the last 80 days which has led to my apartment being uninhabitable with a severe rodent issue and damage to my personal items. The property manager is not knowledgeable, is dishonest and now refusing to provide me with shelter as she promised to get back to me before eod. I've been staying with friends and sleeping in my car. This is awful, writing this for anyone considering living in anything they managed. I would not suggest. read more

I have only lived here for 24 days and i already have had two outages. The building and electric fuse box is EXTREMELY outdated. Management does not pick up the phone. Today my power has been on and off and no one answers to help. The rent includes a washer a dryer and the dryer has been out for months. I don't even have a key to the machines. When it was time to move in NONE of the people including the realtor, the broker and what seems to be the assistant, did not communicate with each other. They charge late fees on people for no reason. They haven't even given me my info to pay my rent. I have a door that leads to a basement in my apartment that they told me would be sealed up. It wasn't. This is horrible. Never and i mean never look at this company for housing. They should be closed down for the level of irresponsibility that they spit out. read more

This is one of the worst apartment buildings in the Bronx, New York. I hope you will understand what is the "worst" apartment building means. There apartment building has many problems that I cannot explain everything in this review message. My husband and I were considering a 4 bd unit at the Lincoln Court Apt in Philadelphia. At first and second conversation, I got the impression that the property manager was receptive and professional, however she offered me a showing of the unit on 1/25/21, and NO SHOWED...this is after we had submitted an application of over $100. I called Anna when we arrived for the showing, a current resident let us end to an empty leasing office. She never returned my phone call to at least say what happened/why she could not meet us. If I could give zero stars I would. I was a tennant of a stonelock property for a year, with my lease ending just over a month ago. After trying to get in contact with the company for weeks regarding the return of my security deposit, I've gotten nothing but voicemail and zero returned calls/emails. Worst rental company ever, DON'T DO IT. I ignored the reviews at first and wish I hadn't. Apartments may appear to be nice at first glance but once you're in, everything falls apart. The power is ALWAYS out (RIP food in the refrigerator), trying to reach anybody for any kind of maintenance is impossible. You will never speak to the landlord, your leasing agent will push you off into incompetent hands that will ignore you if you need any assistance from them. Mail never gets delivered unless it's junk mail, ceilings collapse, bathrooms flood, showers clog, the kitchen sink clogs up the bathroom sink when doing dishes, doors improperly fit into the frames if they fit at all... - The building is unsafe, my apartment doesn't even have a deadbolt which I have been requesting for seven months now. Doors are always open, security cameras are fake, there are people living in a tent in the rear parking lot and they defecate next to everybody's cars after they dig through the trash. Parking lot in the back is very tight and has limited spaces, not enough room for everybody when the restaurant next door holds events and refuses to let people park there. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere nice to live. read more
