All this fees appear the emptier your building gets from ppl moving outn overpriced underserviced. Maintenance leaves equipment and home unlocked. They really dont care keeping the 90% occupied is more important and they dont accept third party checks if you need help from the county who will pay your rent if assistance needed. I know the retaliation is coming with dumb ass fees but God dont like ugly. Ive been a quiet drama free tenant tired of being quiet at this point. Read your leasea highlight in yellow specific th I ngd. Trash, water, late fees , parcel fees, patio fees. They will get you. READ READ READ better yet dont move here they are not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau

By far the worse moving experience I ever had. Showed up 4 hours later than the original time we…read morescheduled because someone called off. I was scheduled to have 3 movers, I had actually got 2 movers and the third was the dispatcher( still charge me for 3). She was taking calls during my move. All around terrible communication. Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). We sat in traffic a total of 3 hours on between trips. We would have never ran into that much traffic if they were on time in the first place. The dispatcher gave off scammy vibes, started talking crazy when I disputed the charges that more than doubled. It made me uncomfortable to the point I kicked them out of my house. Never again. scratched up my walls, pretty bad, damaged some by Furniture like my bookshelf bathroom mirror.
