Three months later and two conversations with management and we are still getting charged. And they are fighting us tooth and nail to get us any resolution or refund. Unbelievable.

Its too bad that catering to your customers isn't a high priority for storage facilities. This…read moreplace knows it. They treat the customers as an inconvenience as if to say "if only we didn't have to deal with these darn people coming in here it would be great!" It used to be that they gave you access to their dumpsters as long as you were tossing minor trash. They took that away. Now they don't want you to use their public restroom by the office. If your parked in front of your unit, the maintenence guy will drive by 8 times and eyeball you like you shouldn't be there. I understand that a small staff of a couple office people and a maintenance guy will tend to start getting lazy and forget that those of us who use the facility are the ones who pay the bills. I hope ownership will step in soon and wake them up. Yes, storage units aren't known for customer service but REALLY bad customer service will eventually chase people away
