They decided to refuse to refill when I was going on vacation and was told if I had issues that I should go to an ER .... This same situation played out with my wife before she switched. Another time I asked for newer medications that worked faster than others in the past.... I was basically accused of being a pill seeker. I understand there is a shortage of doctors but if you are willing to take your life into your own hands.. this is the place for you !

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist because of a bad experience when I was young (tried another dentistry once, then ran back to Dr. Dean) and I can always trust Dr. Dean to take care of me. Today, I had the extreme pleasure of having Dr. Scott do some dental work on me and she is AMAZING. She's kind, patient, explains everything she is doing, and makes sure I feel comfortable 100% of the time work is being done. I'm so glad to have found another trustful dentist!

HORRIBLE!!!!!my cousin who is 9 was scheduled for a couple appt ahead of time by her mother who…read morepassed away and we had to find placement for her which means we are unaware of here appts. when we found out we tried to schedule and inform them of what was going on and why she missed those appointment. they lacked compassion for the child and refused to accommodate and told her she wasn't able to return. she has been through so many changes and was comfortable with them. however the way they treated her and not care or show empathy was very disheartening. i tried for myself and unfortunately i had a accident the day of my appointment and had to reschedule. i was told my new appointment was at 940 while preparing to go i get a call at 907 that i missed my appointment and they will not be able to see me EVER! the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. she didn't care to try and understand the miscommunication or try to be accommodating. The decision was solely hers based off what she said and she could careless to what happened she will not be seeing me in their office. i was definitely confused because of the tone and hostility in her voice. she spoke to me as if i was illiterate because i was trying to understand why she was refusing to see me because i had to reschedule. i'm happy there are people who have had different experiences but mines was far from theirs and i'm hurt and disappointed. The assistant seemed nice, but the "calm" of the doctor just seemed to me suppressed rage - why? Because I did my own research? Because I wouldn't be convinced? Because it was before lunch?... The search continues for a competent dentist in Little Rock.
