What I didn't like was that the guys left such a mess cutting the granite inside of my house without tarping anything off I had that dust everywhere and it was so hard to breathe. And then to top it off the adhesive or glue that was used was intoxicating in the worst possible way. I was totally amazed in a bad way that neither of these guys wore ventilator I mean my house wreaked of these fumes still does and was coded I had to clean everything in my kitchen and dining area and even parts of the living room It was such a mess. Again I do like my countertop I just didn't like having to clean up all of the mess and then keep breathing that crap for days I was sick.

They cut the countertop short by an inch and a half on overhang. When I notified Jerrika she never bothered to return my call. I contacted Home Depot who in turn contacted her and we went back and forth several times and she kept coming up with a different lie every time trying to say it was my fault, which it was not. Finally they just stopped answering Home Depot's calls and emails. I am a retired general contractor who has dealt with hundreds of subcontractors and Signature Granite is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.
