Mainly the fact that I had a protective order he'd been arrested for violence etc. But more than that. His lawyers Mr. Stein was slow to respond to my lawyer, slow to draft paper work, slow to get with his client for responses and often didn't seem to fully participate or have a ball game in place. Now i never said anything since 2016. But well someone asked recently for a lawyer. And well his daughter, whom i didnt recognize by name, mention mr. Stein. And i said i wouldnt advise that due to the slow paperwork and disorganition. I received no reimbursement of time or money wasted. Rob sent multiple correspondences over several months on my behalf without my knowledge or approval. He never informed me of correspondences from the other party. He scheduled a court date without my knowledge. I found out from the other party, less than an hour in advance, that the assistant was not even aware of. During this "hearing" he falsely agreed to a custody arrangement that I never even reviewed, that took another 9 months to actually resolve because of his unprofessionalism. He/someone acting on his behalf sent email correspondence resembling drunken texts. (And yes, I still have the emails if anyone is curious) And at one point, Rob actually told me (as a single parent, female, raising my child with no help from her father who I was granted a protective order against) that he could better relate with the other party just because he is also male and a father.
