Our HOA wouldn't allow us to keep the RV in our driveway. I called Kim and she got us a spot at their new facility before they even opened. On the day we were bringing our RV to the storage facility, Nathan was there upon our arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. The facility is perfect and we love knowing our RV is under cover. And you can't beat the price either! If you're looking for a storage facility, I would highly recommend American Boat and RV Storage!

After trying to pack her belongings by myself, I realized that I was not able to take on this task alone. I could not sort through everything on my own. It felt like an impossible task. Before my mother's home could be prepped for placement on the market it had to be packed up and all of her belongings placed in storage. I began to search for just the right business to help me. After reading about Noah B's Junk Removal Services, I decided to give them a call. It has turned out to be one of the best phone calls I have ever made. I cannot say enough great things about Noah and his father, Stacey, who helps him in his business. Both of these men are kind and understanding. They treat your belongings with the best of care, wrapping each item as if it were their own. My mother's house is large and full of a lifetime of memories as well as actual possessions. Noah B's Junk Removal Services has understood that they are not just dealing with things. They know they are often dealing with objects you love and cherish. They sort, pack, clean, and move your precious and beloved items, fully aware that they mean something special to you. Perhaps, they are not important to anyone but you, yet Noah B's Junk Removal Services recognizes that each customer they serve has belongings that are to be valued no matter what. Every client they serve is important. Noah and Stacey are a father and son team. They are honest, completely trustworthy, kind, generous, and ready to work with you to make whatever job you hire them to do the best experience you could hope for. They go way beyond what you ask of them, and always maintain a cheerful attitude. It is fun to work side by side with both of them. I do not have any possible way to list all of the great characteristics surrounding this business. They simply have the exact traits you are looking for when you need help! Finding them and having them work with me has truly been a Godsend! For Noah and Stacey, their work is not simply a job. It is a calling to help their fellow man. This shows when you are around both men. Noah B's Junk Removal Services is unique. Their pricing is very fair and their service is outstanding. They work hard and strive to meet the needs of every one of their customers at all times. I wish them continued success in the coming years. They certainly deserve it. I have the utmost respect for them both. If you find yourself in need of help, Noah B's Junk Removal Services will take good care of you. In my eyes, they are THE BEST! Sincerely, Karen E. Thompson

I ordered some back seats and was not told about the condition, no photos provided, I was just asked for my card information and that's it. Several days go by and I don't hear anything back from them so I call and call but no one ever wants to answer the phone. If someone does answer they immediately transfer me and I never make contact. A few more days pass and I decide to just drive there so I can at least get ahold of somebody to ask where the seats are. No tracking information or follow up was provided after I bought the seats. They surprisingly say the seats were there at the retail location and to go around the side of the building to pick it all up. So I do and there's a guy over there who gets on a forklift and brings the seats to me. They pieces are disgusting, covered in green mold, bird poop or something, cigarette burns, punctures, boot marks from being walked on, and the synth leather is discolored and brittle from sitting in the sun. Pics attached. The person who sold me the seat is inside the building and has made it abundantly clear they want nothing to do with me and I need to drive home because I live about an hour away from Gainesville. So I continue to accept the horrible service and load the seats into my car to take them home, maybe if I come back tomorrow they'll have a better attitude? They didn't. One guy whose name I'll keep secret gives me attitude when I go to return the seats the next day. He asks why I wanted to return them and I say because they're not in the condition I was expecting. He says didn't you see them yesterday? Yes of course I did. But am I about to make that the fork lift guys problem? No way -- He's not the one who sold me crusty seats without telling me how horrible they are. I'm not involving him in the misery created by the sales desk, especially after he spent time and effort grabbing the trash for me. I mean seats... The bottom line is to avoid this place. Full-service yards in general are best avoided, but having a newer car leaves you with few alternatives. Pics of the seat attached! It's hilarious to me that they actually sold this to someone thinking I had some form of business to do with it. Maybe I'm meant to reupholster it or something. I have no clue!!!

New to the idea of using a storage unit, they assisted me and helped me decide how many units, which type of unit and even provided me with a lock for the 2 units I decided to store "my stuff" in. The staff was courteous and the best part is I got a live person on the phone when I made my initial inquiries! Moving day it was nice to know that my important items would be in a climate controlled area. The items that did not need climate control are contained within a building that actually seems pretty comfortable temperature wise as well.
