We were tenants at Stone Creek for about 3 years. Our first 2 years we had no issues. We loved it so much we decided to inquire about a bigger apartment within the complex. When we moved into that apartment we had nothing but issues and it's felt like management has not wanted to help us at all. From roaches on day one which took months to get rid of, to now black mold in our living space which has made us physically ill. We've requested maintenance on rotting wood outside, falling doors, lack of fire alarms in our unit, leaks, roaches and mold and have been told these issues were not priority. Meanwhile we spot them working on vacant apartments moving in new tenants. Be very aware. They love to move people in, but will not take care of you once you are in a lease. read more
