I am a professional furniture maker with 30 years experience. I've installed a lot of hardware over the years. This is, hands down, the worst hardware I've ever had to install. Handmade is cute unless it means that there is no uniformity. My client bought some 2 screw pulls from Stone County. The stems that hold the actual handle away from the door are clearly hand welded on by someone who isn't particularly a welder, stick out from the handle at all sorts of crazy angles and aren't even centered. One stem is offset to the left and the other to the right. This makes the installation a total nightmare. With a 'normal' pull you can lay out your centers, drill the holes and everything looks good. Not with these. Each hole has to be drilled in a different location if the handle is going to be centered. Then the screw heads on the back side don't line up and look lousy. It also means that each pull can only go in the one place that was custom drilled for it, so you have to keep track of each pull as the project goes through finish and installation. Total hassle. Normally you can drill a slightly oversized hole and do a little adjustment, but the stems on these are only 1/4", so if you drill anything bigger than the standard 3/16" hole the stem wants to pull into the hole. I had my client get Stone County to replace the first set of pulls. The replacement pulls were slightly better but still lousy. Save yourself a bunch of headaches and buy real pulls instead of these. read more

DO NOT buy from this company. I had the worst experience which is still ongoing. I had purchased an elaborate expensive iron framed bed. I waited for 3 to 4 months for it to arrive. It arrived in pieces. Nobody made me aware of how it would be delivered or when. The third section arrived on the truck damaged and in complete disrepair. I refused to accept it. The company told me I would get a full refund but the giant iron parts of the bed in my home still in boxes was my problem to deal with. I have a tiny apartment, am a single mom, a nurse and physically don't have the strength or a truck to get rid of the boxes in my home. I called, I begged, pleaded and finally got through to someone who told me it was my issue now and they would not send or accept their product back. I will have to now take off work, spend hundreds on getting rid of these boxes. I am disgusted. read more

Horrible company - I've had the WORST buying experience of all time! I purchase a bed from them that was nearly $4k. The order was placed in April of 2021, and the bed didn't get delivered until February of 2022 - nearly a year later!!!! I was originally told that the bed would arrive by June or July of 2021. When I finally received the bed, the boxes were damaged, and when we went to assemble it two of the screws were lodged or stripped. At that point, I had to hire a welder to come to my home, take the bed apart, load it in his truck, and repair it in his shop ($500). When the bed was returned, we went to assemble the canopy pieces and realized they were badly scratched and not flush with the connector. The pieces were not able to be properly secured so the canopy pieces won't stay in place. Further, I ordered the bed to be custom-made with iron birds to be placed on the upper right portion of the canopy, and they placed them on the headboard. I had specifically requested photos of the bed once the birds were attached which they agreed to but never adhered to. I then asked my welder if he could move them but he said he could not without the bed looking noticeably damaged. I've been in correspondence with the owner, Damir, for the last 14 months and he has (on more than one occasion) said that he would provide a suitable refund or return the item and send a new one. When I requested instructions for returning the bed, he said that I would have to disassemble and return it in the original boxes. I explained that the boxes were damaged and that we did not hold on to them due to the damage, and not knowing at the time how badly the bed was damaged. I've since requested that new boxes be sent with clear instructions for packaging, which he never provided, and as the conversation continued, he continued giving me the run-around, or not responding at all. Then he told me that a restocking fee would be incurred. This company is not reputable and did not honor any of the promises that they made throughout the transaction.
