After that call we had a window today where the repair company came and fixed all the chips. Just got off the phone with Keenan, who called to see if we needed any more help or was everything ok. The paint on my car was pushed forward in the photos. Proving my car was hit from the side by a car moving forward on the highway. The only other way to do that is if I backed into a vehicle and I wasn't driving backwards in a middle lane on a 3 lane highway. Allstate failed to represent me as a customer. Who ever the claims adjuster was, they failed miserably. Commonsense was not even used. Then when I called about it they blew me off and were actually inconsiderate and rude. The person who hi me refused to wait for police and it was during Covid so police did not want to bother. Allstate seems not to care either. She hit me, and we had 5 people in the car when she did so. The paint and direction it is pushed proved it. Yet Allstate did nothing.

Our account was passed off and the owner seemed to be around less and less. It became difficult to get straight answers. It became difficult to obtain timely answers and responses. The last straw was when I received three "different" quotes for our worker's compensation insurance supposedly giving us a: a discount b: price with a small deductible and c: with a larger deductible- problem was the price broken down into payments was exactly the same for all three quotes. And the tiny discount didn't carry over to any of the ones with deductibles. When this was brought to the owners attention he claimed to not see the problem. Not sure why that was but I can speculate. Whatever the reason my trust in this company plummeted. I went out on my own to find worker's compensation insurance and save us over $1000.00. Because I lost faith in this agency I asked them to remove themselves as our agent from our liability and commercial auto insurance. Which they did but then they seem to have taken it a step further and canceled our insurance effective 8-4-15. Our insurance carrier just got around to notifying us of the cancellation. Which means that we were not covered for over a month. Trust was an issue before but this is completely unforgivable! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
