It was not so much the agent herself, that has been rather a challenge to deal with, as it was her secretary. My last few exchanges in trying to get policy matters straighten out have been difficult and frustrating with rude short exchanges. I made a payment on our policy only to find out that it didn't cover all our needs for the period of time she first told me the payment would. Only to find this out, when I went back in with a question. I then had to make out another check for the time frame she first told me that my first check was for. I ended paying for over 4 months of coverage for two vehicles and a home just to keep peace because the secretary was to frustrated to look things up to help clarify the changes. I would not have written this review if it wasn't for an email received at 6:04 pm(after hours) notifying me of a change in my services that needed to be taken care of ASAP according to her, in preference for another client who was attached to my policy, with no phone call or personal accommodations at all. I am now without insurance with only an attached pdf file stating two proposals. I went on-line to my account and all the previous account information was gone. I had no profile in which to compare or work from. Why wasn't I given the decency of a phone call? It felt like preferences were made and I do hold the agency responsible for the handling of each of their clients' insurance care, including my own. Please consider using someone else who will be with you to help accommodate and explain thouroughly the changes that need to be done, concerning your insurance care. Changes in life will happen and you need someone you can trust and depend on to take care of your insurance needs..
