I waited for my refund (of more than 250€) from Jun 27 until Aug 14. They only refunded me after I sent several email reminders, opened a case with PayPal and told the Customer Service I had contacted a lawyer. Their hotline has never connected me to a human and I do not think it is meant to do that. I just gives a recorded message that all lines are busy and then disconnects the call. When I informed Verbraucherschutz e.V., their data protection officer Dr. Frank Heftrich himself responded with an apology, stating that I got my refund now. I cannot decide if they are simply extremely slow or a proper scam. In any case, I would not order there again, even if I were to keep my purchase. If you ever need anything from this company beyond the delivery of the goods, then you are out of luck.
