My problem was a 50ft tree fell on my house. The first thing they did was tarp my house and didn't have a clue what they were doing. I have pictures...I couldn't even get out my door. It started raining that night and I had to use bucket to catch the water. I called my neighbor and ask if he would come over the next morning to move the tarps to cover the leak. A few minutes later I heard something outside and it was my neighbor on my roof, in the dark and rain fixing the tarps to stop the leaks. Taylor didn't check behind his clueless crew to see if they were doing their job. He gave me a paper to sign of something he had done. I signed it. I trusted him, that was a mistake. I called the office the next morning and ask if I could get a copy and they said they didn't have a receipt. The reason they didn't give me one is because they hadn't had time to change it...which is exactly what they did. He is not an honest man at all. Every time I spoke to him about price his comment was " I can charge as much as I want and they have to pay me because it's a natural disaster". My friend sent 6 of his crew to clean up the limbs in the yard. They even raked the front and back. There was nothing on the ground. About two days later, Taylor came back, dropped a huge limb on my fence (I have pictures). I told him the yard had been cleaned up before he dropped the limb on my fence. I told him he would have to fix my fence and clean up all the debris and that I just had it all done before he dropped the limb. He called me a liar to my face, in front of his worthless crew, and they thought that was funny. The day they came they had a Huge crane come in my driveway. It destroyed my driveway. I should have filed a claim against him for that, but I didn't think about it. I should have said all this a few years ago, but I am in the mood to let it out. If I hear anybody talking about hiring Taylor Tree, I'll be sure to give them my honest opinion, and I promise it win's be good. People that do things like what he did to me, my property and my Insurance Company....it will all come back to them and I hope I get to see it.

They removed four very large trees that were leaning in various directions, one mid-sized oak leaning at 45 degrees, two very tall pines 80 feet and 100+ and the oldest magnolia tree that any of them had ever seen (trunk was completely hollow and almost five feet in diameter). They worked safely but quickly and when they were done, there wasn't so much as a dead leaf laying in my yard. They worked around three small trees without damaging them and went above and beyond. The front yard was doable but since the back yard had a rather steep slope I didn't want to attempt it armed with my flimsy weed whacker. Honestly, I was kind of shocked. He didn't even offer a price, just "no thanks" and he left. I guess business is really good. I called Bixler next. He came out, looked at the yard, and offered $75 for the first cut to clean everything up then $50 after that. I had already talked with friends in the area and knew that $50 was standard. DEAL. He and his team came out every 2 weeks on the nose and shaved my lawn - including that slope of a back yard - down to pretty green nubs. Grass or weeds it didn't matter, it all was green at that height. They also did a great job edging my driveway and blowing the errant mowed stuff off my back patio. He came out to look at the tree within about an hour of calling him on a Friday afternoon, driving from Bellevue to Burien. He and his crew arrived following morning to remove the tree, even cutting the trunk into rounds for firewood. Bill and his entire crew were polite, fast, respectful and clean. They bill the insurance directly and take pictures so it's one less thing you'll have to deal with. I highly recommend calling Bill for your tree needs. His knowledge and friendly.
