When they called me back the reason was that they were "busy with stumps". It would have been nice to receive a courtesy phone call stating they weren't coming or running behind. I don't think they would have messaged me or called back if I hadn't reached out to them. We had afternoon things to attend to so at 2pm is when he called back he said he could be on the way. Told him we had to go, and he asked if he could leave the estimate in our mailbox?! How the HELL would he know out of the 8 acres which trees I wanted down?
