Not an issue at all. The service was friendly and they checked back in with me frequently. I just got the basic cheeseburger and substituted the onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings are the really thinly sliced, almost "straws" they were fine, I was worried they might be soggy, but they were not, they tend to be a little saltier than normal onion rings so just be prepared. I like it just fine that way. I asked my cheeseburger, medium, and it was medium, char-grilled as opposed to griddle cooked. It was properly seasoned and came with a dill pickle spear. Everything was delicious. prices were reasonable and affordable. It wasn't fancy or mind-blowing, but it was very solid, tasty bar food. I will certainly go back there sometime when I'm driving by the town.

A pretty busy place with locals and people from other areas. There's about what's expected on the menu it seems. Before even coming in there's a smell of barbecue. It's got a pretty full menu. There's a bar in the middle surrounded by plenty of tables. Beers are the main thing of course. It's about $7 a pint. Best one we had of these was the Coldstream Lager. This is a full bodied Bavarian style. A lot of the food is meaty. Brisket and that kind of stuff. Among the appetizers is the Cowboy Caviar. One of the few vegetarian options. This is a mixture of beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños, red onions, and tomatoes. It's about $16 for the Tex-Mex Bowl. This has avocado, cilantro rice, Cowboy Caviar, marinated cucumbers, pico de gallo, and Thai sauce. Of course an option is to get it with meats added. There's plenty more things including burgers and pork belly tacos among the livestock based foods. For around here it's one of the better places for big crowds. It's got beers and barbecue along with some healthier options. They're closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

TEN minutes passed until we saw the other three orders. Five minutes later the cheese curds appetizer arrived. Really should be 2 stars now because I had the Cubano. These sandwiches have strict rules. It was fine, but the ham is supposed to be real ham, not thinly sliced cheap Carl Budding sandwich ham. Since the atmosphere was so nice and people were friendly and very attentive, three stars seemed appropriate. The chef served the first two dishes and a few others, maybe that's why he's not cooking. The bar was severely understaffed for a holiday rush at 6:00 pm but the drinks we ordered were very good. The atmosphere is just what you want in an Irish bar. Just lots of friendly people having a good time. We both ordered the corned beef and cabbage and the portion could have fed a family of four. My only critique is that the brisket was not sliced correctly. It tasted really good but it was hard to eat as it was cut with the grain instead of against the grain. We topped of the meal with a Bailey's Irish cream cheese cake which was delicious. Will definitely try this place again to try their other culinary options. Just a fun place!
